WORST auto repair shop Ive ever dealt with! I wish I could rate them a zero but thats not an option. Honestly, I wish I had something nice to say about this establishment, but I dont. First, it took C&M over five months to determine the issue and "fix" my 2009 Jetta. After paying Several thousand dollars and getting my car back, I was able to drive roughly 200 miles before the check engine light came back on and it appears its the same issue. Additionally, every time I contacted the shop I was told I would receive a call back with updates that never happened. To top it off, initially I told the shop that I wanted my original parts back to ensure work was done and to my surprise, I didnt even get that. I recommend anyone looking for timely, professional, and actual car repairs to look elsewhere.

Having a trustworthy shop work on my vehicles is extremely important to me since I used to work at a Ford dealership where honesty and integrity were not a main practice. The people at C&M Automotive worked wonders on helping me do a full custom build on my Grandfathers 78 pickup. We started with a 2 wheel drive and a stock 350, but when it came home it had a roaring 383 Stroker with an 8" lift, frame swapped to a 4x4 and swapped from a carburetor setup to a fuel injection one. Not to mention the custom chip they programed for me. I would HIGHLY recommend taking all your vehicles to this shop when you need anything from a small service to a major customization job.

I have had both my vehicles repaired at this facility several times (they are old). I have a 2002 Toyota Highlander and a 1995 Ford F-250 Diesel. JP and Vince have always treated me fairly and professionally and repairs have always been done to my satisfaction, often under the estimated costs given to me before I approved the repairs. I have never had a problem with the repairs done at this facility and have never had to return with a problem once the repairs were completed. They have never had a problem picking up and delivering my vehicles when I couldnt find a ride. I always recommend this facility to my friends without hesitation.

Took my car in for a gasket seal repair, and it was returned with paint damage in three different locations. They did not even consider the plausibility that it couldve been their negligence and ignored my complaints. Apart from the damage, they returned my car with grease stains going down my front bumper nearby the grill, a plastic engine covered with grime, and oil stains around and below on the undercarriage in the engine bay near the exhaust manifold. They also couldnt spare to use disposable paper floor mats and stained my drivers side mat. Subpar.

Took my car in for a 30k service here, Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Im by no means an expert when it comes to cars but I know enough to know when Im being lied to and these guys were very honest about everything, My car had a few minor issues that they pointed out fixed very cheaply and recommended routine maintenance practices that would prevent them from happening. Overall Im very Happy with the service I received and would take my car to this Automotive shop any day of the week.

I am more than satisfied with the work from C & M. My serpentine belt broke and even a German specialty Roseville, CA shop couldnt figure out why it broke (twice). I gave the Roseville shop two tries then I was done with them. JP was very through and he found the wobbling water pump the other shop missed. Louie was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend C & M to anyone who has a rare BMW M5 like myself or any car that needs honest and thorough work.

The mechanics at C&M do a fantastic job. They dont lie to you and they give you detailed information on what your car needs and how they are going to fix it. They also stand by their estimates even when the work becomes a lot more complicated. They do need to call you with updates a little more when things come up but other than that, top notch service and very trustworthy mechanics.

Death Watch

Took my car there twice for alignments, both times the steering wheel wasnt straight. The tech doesnt lock the steering wheel before making front toe adjustments. The machine even says to. I went to Yuba College and was trained to do so. Ill just go back there when the semester starts. At least they arent pressured by a boss to get jobs done fast, but done right.

never goin back to this place!!!! paid almost 500$ for absolutely nothing they kept my truck for 1week they wont give me an update unless i call and bug them also sold me hyundai accent for 1700$ broke down after months... i hope this place realize how hard it is to make money!!! this is place is a joke

Extremely thorough, high quality work. Very knowledgeable, and friendly on top of it all. Turn around time can be a little long, but if the repairs are delayed, its either because the parts didnt get there on time, or they are double checking everything.

Had an unexpected serpentine belt issue. They fixed it the next day and inspected the pulleys for binding. They answered when I called them and performed a lot of business through email. Would definitely recommend them, great experience.
