This location varies dramatically depending on who is in charge that day. One time everything is great and the next time they throw the contents of the glove box on the floor and leave it there, dont mention the air filter which I had intended on paying them to change until checkout. Then at checkout they said we recommend changing the air filter. They didnt even ask me what service I wanted, they just did what they wanted to and told what they had done when they gave me the keys back. When I asked them why they hadnt ask me about it before, and explained that I knew it needed replaced, they said it wasnt something they wanted to do that day. I paid someone else to change it. I just dont understand why someone would turn away easy business like that.

35 minute wait before they even were ready to start an oil change and the 3 bays were empty for 20 minutes. Workers with no sense of hustle. They have a tendency to take people in front of others....seems like something they do to jump their friends to the front of the line. Recommendation -- avoid this Jiffy Lube...they are not getting work done in a jiffy.

Twice now this location didnt tighten the oil filter, ran out of oil and could have blown my engine! Avoid this location
