We called Jiffy Lube in Marysville near the end of a long workday. Brandon greeted us politely on the phone and welcomed us to come by without an appointment. He said theyd been busy but should have an empty bay when by the time we arrived, which they did. When we got there, we were again greeted politely and professionally. Once our vehicle was evaluated, Kong went over all the details and answered all of our questions. We got a few items fixed that we didnt even know Jiffy Lube serviced. Their documentation and customer care was top notch. I would definitely recommend this location.

I came here to get a thermostat replaced. The whole staff was kind and helpful. They answered any questions I had, described some causes for my problem and checked on me while I waited instead of ignoring me

Nice service. Coffee in the waiting room. A small location but overall a good shop. They did not change my power steering fluid, but did help it get back to working condition again free of charge.
