If youre looking for smart a** customer service this is the perfect place to stop by. I have a tight work schedule so the only time I can run errands is after work. I arrived 40 minutes to close at this place and was greeted the usual Les Schwab way. I came in for tire mount and balance. After inspecting my wheels, the greeter called the head employee. Now it was about 40 minutes to close, they had cars in their garage bays and everyone was just chatting and not working (I believe about 5 employees just milking the clock). No one didnt seem eager to work and if they could sneak out, I bet they would. The head tire guy comes up to me, looks at my tires and wheels and says, "Im not working on it. Were about to close and I dont want to work overtime, especially since you didnt buy tires from us." Uhm..really? The guy could have been a bit more customer friendly with his response. But no, he rather be an arrogant prick who thought he was all that. Why even bring up the fact that I didnt purchase tires from them? Ridiculous. Might I add, the only way he had the nerve to say those things to me was that he was backed by his knucklehead coworkers. If he were alone, I bet this wouldve been a different story. I guess some people think they can act all that just because theyre with a group of people. Pathetic. I understand they were near closing and the possibility that they couldnt have done my tires, but the guy couldve been been more customer friendly. A simple, "Sorry, were near closing and the soonest we could do your tires is tomorrow" wouldve been perfect. Bottom line, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Was told by another mechanic at a Jiffy lube my brake pads were completely worn and I needed new ones. Decided to shop around for better prices and mechanics instead of having jiffy lube do it. So glad I made that decision. After calling this store and receiving exceptional customer service on the phone from Ryan, I brought my car in to have them inspect the brakes and rotors. Turns out the brake pads were well within limits and probably wont need changed for at least a year. And I wasnt charged for the inspection. Thank you so much to Ryan and his team for being honest, knowledgeable mechanics with outstanding customer service. Keep it up!

We had a very pleasant experience after a very unlucky day! Ryan went above and beyond customer service to help us in an emergency need for a tire and rim for our boat trailer during the July fires. We had an immediate need for a tire and rim for our boat trailer that blew a tire in the middle of nowhere. Ryan made it a priority to get us in and out within 10 minutes so we could make it back in time to get the tire changed out and make it to our destination before they closed. Extremely satisfied with the quality and service and Ryan made our very challenging day a lot easier! Thank you

Took my car in to rotate the tires. They said it would be 45 min. to 1hr. So I want over to shop at Foodmaxx. As I was checking out I received a call from them saying my car was ready. I ask if they would park it in the back so I could take my full cart, right out to my car. Instead, as I was bagging my groceries, and someone came up to me and asked if I was Michelle. She showed me my keys, and said my car was bringing the parking lot. So very much appreciated! Fabulous customer service.

I came in to get my back brakes replaced the guy that helped me was honest and very friendly and very informative after the free brake inspection, I ended up not needing to do A brake job. He answered my questions and gave me an honest assessment of what I needed to do I will be back in the future

New to the area. Went in because my low pressure sensor was on. Came out, checked all four tires. Told me they were all low, added air, and never once tried to sell me. Very courteous, I was impressed, and will be back for new tires as needed.

All these clowns do is give excuses & give you the run around. They need new management. I suggest sams club in yuba city, but just about anywhere is better then les schwab in marysville
