My girlfriends car was stolen, found out these guys had it, called them to see how much it would cost, this lady answered the phone was so Rude, you could tell she hates her job, went down there to get my stuff from the car, and the same lady didnt even want to help me out.. wouldnt even get off her chair for one second. the place smelled really bad, yard was a mess and the charge so much. i would tell people to avoid this place at all cost.

Ive been going to Sierra Hart for about two years now and Ive never had a bad experience with them. My GF and I both get all of our service done by SH and we dont have any complaints. Their rates are pretty dang good too. I used to have to spend about twice as much per hour when I lived in the Bay Area. I have recommended them to other people and I will continue to recommend them.

awesome bunch of people especially Mark Wright and Ryan Benegar. My ex Davey Crockett took my car to be work on due to the check engine light being on.They fixed it it no time only wished they would of took the other light that is still on(tire preesure?)off!! Oh well I was happy anyways Thanks guys!! Your an awesome bunch!!

Pretty great experience! I broke down on the highway, they towed me for free, gave me a lot of different options, werent pushy at all, and they threw in a bonus engine block check to verify my head gasket was intact. Also fixed a brake line leak in just a half hour of labor time. Super nice guys!
