If you want to be treated like crap by the female general manager then this is the place to be at . Not sure how Volkswagen can put someone like this in charge of sales. She has no customer communication skills whatsoever very aggressive personality. Dont go there trying to make a cash offer cause if she doesnt like your offer she will get upset and go off on you. I felt like a kid in elementary school when I was talking to her . Ill take my cash offer somewhere else until you guys learn to treat customers with respect.

Spent all day at the dealer down the street. Trying to get them to give us a better deal on our truck. Went to VW to see what they had to offer. Test drove 3 cars bought the second car. They gave us a great deal on our trade and lowered the price on the car we bought!!!! Super happy with everyone there. We were in and out in under 3 hours. Thank you!! We will return to buy another car in the future.

Called service, had to get new tires that day, Saturday afternoon. I was driving in from out of town and had another few hundred miles to go. They managed to fit me in and were also able to change my oil and get me back on the road in a matter of hours.
