Staff was condescending. I needed a headlight replaced, new bushing mounts, autolock fixed, new logo decal and "mini detail". Mini detail is a rip off. Looks like nothing more than wash cloth ran over car. When I got the car back there were still marks on the leather. The cupholders and crevices were not cleaned, nothing looked like it had armour all. Wheels were still dirty. 5 star can do better work for at least 10 bucks less. I asked them to call my husband if they couldnt reach me and they kept calling my husband instead of me at all. I called to ask if my car was ready to be picked up and was told oh yeah didnt you get our message we called your husband. Yes its ready. I pick it up and realized that light hadnt been put in. Decal not replaced. They didnt code my 2 nd key after fixing locking mechanism so buttons on key do not work. Had to make 2 nd trip out for light to be put in. They also didnt check anything NOT on work order. Which is fine if you know what is wrong with vehicle exactly. Next weekend 3 hours from home fan belt snapped off completely resulting in 6 hr delay getting home, 300 tow. While not the worst..... Not the experience reported by other reviews.

I began using the services of Performance Motor Works earlier this year and my experiences with them have been outstanding. Working with and speaking directly to the owners of the company, Dave & Mike, makes a difference. They show a high level of expertise and customer service. On one occasion when the diagnoses showed a problem with the emission system, rather than fix it and charge me, they informed me of CAs extended emission warranty and sent me back to the dealership to get it repaired under warranty. On another occasion, when I rolled in with a fairly minor request, they provided a quick fix free of charge and sent me on my way with a smile. What an unexpected “Wow!” I like doing business with fair and honest people whom I can rely on and trust. I will gladly continue to do business with Mike and Dave!

I cant say enough good things about Performance Motor Works! I recently took my Audi in for a CV boot/axle repair and it now runs great again. Over the last year or so I have used Performance Motor Works three times and primarily worked with Dave. Every time I call or bring my vehicle in, I am treated with excellent customer service and professional expertise. Performance Motor Works truly works with you in order to repair your vehicle in the most cost effective, high quality manner. The workmanship of the techs is always excellent. In sum, I absolutely recommend giving Performance Motor Works your business. I have used many auto shops over the years and do not plan on switching from Performance Motor Works as long as Im living in the area!

I received a coupon on my BMW a few weeks ago and decided to give Performance Motor Works a go. The two owners are very friendly and personable. They quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the car, and I was able to pick it up on the same day. I felt the prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. Lastly, I was especially impressed on how skilled they were in communicating the problem to me in terms that I could understand since I hardly know anything about cars. Overall, a very painless process, and they have definitely made a repeat customer!

We are so pleased with the work and expertise we receive at PMW. Both Dave and Mike are knowledgeable and friendly. It is very easy to get an appointment, so you dont have to wait too long either. They have the service of a dealer, but their prices are a welcome relief. We were referred by friends to take care of my car, a 2001 and now my husband takes his car in too. If you havent been here, you have to give them a try; you will not regret it.

BEST REPAIR SHOP EVER!!! I just had my 2003 BMW 330Ci in for major repairs. Not only did they work with us on cost but their customer service was amazing. Mike and Dave have very reasonable prices and are very honest. It was the first time I have ever used them and I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. A+++++ rating in my book. Great job guys.

Performance Motor Works always does a great job working on my BMW. They are reliable, fast and very nice there. If you do not have a ride back to work, they even have an old school BMW that they wil let you drive! I highly recommend Performance Motor Works to anybody who has a BMW, Audi, VW, or Mini Cooper.
