Soy propietario de un Amarok PicUp del 2014 y el día 28 de Septiembre del 2016 acudí al concesionario Vw de Stockton para solicitar ayuda y alinear mi dirección del eje delantero, el personal me trató muy bien, antes en el sur de California había acudido a un Dealer pero no sabían como tratar un caso de un vehículo extranjero, después que viajé al norte el concesionario de Stockton me atendió de maravilla, tomaron mi vehículo y le hicieron alineación, después viajé 10,000 millas mas hasta mi destino, todo fue maravillas, pareciera que iba conduciendo sobre una mesa de villar, el vehículo se comportaba muy bien el freeway, gracias Volkswagen de Stockton!! Salvaron mis vacaciones. 100% recomendables, the best crew!!

Im extremely happy with the service that I received at the VW of Stockton. From the first encounter to all the follow up, these guys are excellent in what they do. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a loaner car to use while my car had repairs done over the weekend. Everyone was super friendly, thoughtful and made the experience pleasant. Great complementary services while I was waiting as well. I trust these guys with my car and if I need anything else for my car, I will go there to make sure that things are done the right way the first time. They do consistently excellent work!

These people suck ass....we got a car there with thee previous mangers and we had no problems....now with thee new financial lady and mangers we drove of with a brand new car a 2015 dodge charger and we singed half of the paperwork and had it for a month and did the whole insurance thing and now they are asking for it back....never again am I doing business with them....they are very unprofessional and very sloppy... The only people who are very organized and actually know what they are doing is sam and randol.

I have been taking my 2009 Jetta to Volkswagen of Stockton for almost two years, and my service experience has been incredible. Luc and Bob are great Service Advisors, and they take great care of me and my car. Additionally, Scott, the new Manager, also has excellent customer service skills. Their free shuttle service, complimentary, new coffee latte machine and their complete car wash really make it a pleasure to take my care there for excellent service and repairs. I am a very satisfied customer.

Everyone at Stockton Volkswagen is extremely helpful, hard working, and nice. They spent hours locating the perfect VW convertible bug for me. Jared and crew made me feel like I was their only customer. And, Carol put in a lot of time finding the best financing possible. With that said, I have always had a great experience any time Ive been to Stockton VW for service, now I can add the sales department to my list of positive time. Coffees good too.

I went in because my system shut down and went black after a couple of weeks, I took it to service and they updated my system because of a recall. So I killed two birds with one stone, whenever I have an issue they tell me to come right back so that it can be looked at. Problem solved, You get more bees with honey...

Bob and Luke are incredible! Just awesome and they know their customers. I drive up; they know me; and they just go to action and get it done. Waiting is comfortable and welcoming. I had a good experience with the sales people at this dealership. But I have been waiting 5 months for them to finish the paperwork so I can get my plates. I have called the DMV twice and am told the dealership has not completed the paperwork. I have been to the dealership and made several calls that have not been returned.

I called because I thought I needed a 30,000 Mile service. The gentleman said I could bring it right in, even though they were closing soon. They were really quick, and when they were done the gentleman told me the car was still under warrantee, and there would be no charge! Wow! What an awesome experience!

After 3 weeks of getting no where for a simple cup holder which my car is still under warranty (Just bought the car). I spoke to the Service Manger which was able to solve my situation. Which the service department wanted $300 for the part plus labor. It drain time which I didnt have.

Nothing is cheap anymore but Im willing to pay for work done correctly. Our VW Van is important to us and I feel the Service Department understood this. Repairs were done and the van is in better shape because of it. Staff were very pleasant and professional.
