Was traveling 150 miles away from home when I experienced a transmission problem in my 240SX. I contacted several places in Oroville and these guys were the only ones that were courteous to me on the phone. I brought my car over on a Saturday morning and Darren was very helpful getting one of the technicians to look at my car right away. Turns out I needed some major transmission repairs so I had my car towed home. I am a service manager for an Auto Repair facility so I know what it takes to run an Auto repair business. These guys really know what they are doing. Thanks again!

Maybe it was a fluke but I called and talked to a guy regarding my 4l80e transmission. I told him what the problems are and asked for a quote and if he could maybe trouble shoot it, He stated they really only replace transmissions but he has torn them apart before. So I asked him if he had any ideas. His response was take it to a transmission shop so they can tell me its obviously ruined and then to call him back for a quote. I do not understand the rude attitude to a potential customer. I would never recommend them if thats what they call service.

Had a battery problem while traveling, needed a boost in more then one town. -every- other place my roadside assistance sent took an hour or so, these guys were there in ten minutes. The driver was courteous, checked over my vehicle to make sure it was only the battery and had me back on the road a minute later. Quicker and better service then anything I got between here and Santa Cruz.

I really love Briggs! They are honest and I know the job will be done correctly! Some will say they are too expensive-I say you get what you pay for! I am always greeted with a smile. They explain the work in a way that I can understand and now they are even taking photos of what they have done! Thanks Briggs! I am and will always be a loyal customer!

When i have called the staff gets me in there in a timely manner,service is done same day,i usually can wait because its done quickly. Everyone on staff is very nice,helpful,knowledgable and want to help.i feel that they try to get me the best price on parts ,and are honest about what needs to be done now,and what we can hold off on.

Amazing!! They are such great mechanics but also good people. My car broke down an hour away from my home and was towed to them. They kept me updated the whole time, helped out with insurance, drove my car to an auto body shop where they even cleaned my car for me. And they were always incredibly polite. Go here if you can!!
