Que indignante es tratar con personas poco profesionales como son las del área de servicio en la tracy Ford , pensé que mi primer experiencia con la compra de mi auto sería genial , gracias a ustedes Ford tracy se convirtió en la experiencia más horrible de mi vida. estos 2 meses que tengo el auto le han salido infinidad de problemas y que me dijeron ustedes ? Que no pagarían nada de ello ! Ahora tengo que arreglarlo por mi cuenta y la suma de dinero para la reparación del auto es enorme ! No obstante hoy 17 de mayo 2017 llamo a la Ford para hacer una cita para llevar al servicio el auto ya que me llego una notificación de aviso de revisión de seguridad para el auto, realizó 4 llamadas primero y ni siquiera responden , cuando alguien me responde la llamada una voz de mujer , comienzo yo a preguntar , esta mujer me cuelga el teléfono . Tracy Ford , deberían revisar que tipo de personas trabajan para ustedes , me han contado muy malas experiencias vividas con tracy Ford y me uno a ellas , con el tiempo iran ustedes perdiendo nuevos compradores . Gracias por hacer esta experiencia la más horrible .

I had my new 2015 Mustang delivered at Tracy Ford and the salesman was very uninterested in showing me any features or anything, he just handed new the keys and paperwork. Then I brought my truck in for an oil change at the Quick Lane counter and it took 3 hours. I complained the next time and spoke to a new guy at the Quick Lane counter who explained they were short handed...it happens so I give them the benefit of the doubt and make an appointment, again with Quick Lane, for an oil change on my truck for first thing in the morning. I arrived ten minutes early and they checked me in right away but it still took almost two hours for a simple oil change...with an appointment at the Quick Lane. I decided to give them one more chance and made another early morning appointment for an oil change on my Mustang again with the Quick Lane. I showed up a few minutes early and no one was at the counter. I waited until ten minutes after my appointment time and asked another guy there about my appointment and he told me Quick Lane was closed that day and the advisor was on vacation. So why did they make an appointment for me then? This guy was rude but said they could do the oil change but it would be 3 or 4 hours because appointments really didnt mean anything it just meant they would take me in. First, I have worked in the automotive business for a long time and this is the worst run dealership Ive ever been in or dealt with anywhere in the country. Second, Quick Lane is supposed to be separate from normal service and use different techs to do quick work for customers and not have to wait in line behind big jobs and major work in the service department. Its supposed to help compete with Jiffy Lube type places. Third, an appointment is an appointment, dont make them if you dont plan to honor them. Finally, hire new staff, who care about customers, and vehicles, it will help fix your image. I will take my business elsewhere for now.

I purchased a 1998 Ford Taurus and brought it to Tracy Ford to have the tranny, cooling system etc. serviced and had a new $100 belt installed (suppose to last 100k mi). All this work plus other items that they found including what they called "boots" on the steering, cost almost $1000. About 8k mi later I brought it back to have the turn signals fixed, they claimed they had to pull the steering wheel off and it was a very difficult $450 job. I needed turn signals, so I had them fix it. A couple of months later the signals would work off and on, I had to punch the steering wheel to get them to work. I finally did research on youtube and found out it was a very easy fix, I ordered a new signal unit and after taking out about 4 screws and unplugging a wire harness, I had a new working turn signal unit for less then $50. As it turned out, the unit that I pulled out was the original. I never went back to complain, I know how they are and would just blow me off. I later brought my Charger which had only 30k mi to the Dodge dealer that was owned by the same owner as Tracy Ford. I only wanted an oil change, they called me and to me that my "boots" were torn and needed to be replace for $450. It hit me right then that these jerks are screwing people big time on these phony boot issues. I quit using both Tracy ford and the owners Dodge Dealer. I recently had to have a recall done at Dodge, I asked what happen to the other Service guys, they told me they were "not with the company any longer." So I had my car serviced there. They did not mention anything about any boots being bad, in fact, I do not believe rear wheel drive vehicles even have boots. I would like to go back to Ford and give them one of my boots in the donkey, but i swore I would never go there again. As they other people have stated, they are total jerks from the receptionist all they way up to the managers. Too bad, I just bought a new F-150 from another dealer.

I dont ever being up negativity or talk about current events. I was on my way to the DMV and saw two flags being flown at full staff. First stop was a Chevrolet dealership, I walked in and asked them if they knew if they knew that they had to put it to half mast. They didnt and the General Manager stopped their meeting to do so. I leave and go to the next, a Ford dealership. I approach a man and asked him the same thing. He didnt have the answer to it so he asked another guy (Didnt catch his name, older African American guy, not a man nor gentleman). I asked him if he could help me out by lowering it, he says "Says who?" I reply, The President of the United States. With a smart reply and puff from his cigarette, he said "Well, until he calls me I will." This went on to be a back and fourth battle, he tells me that my idea of Patriotism is wrong, asks if Im the flag police, he knew the flag thats flying has been damaged. Lastly, Rob, a military veteran and I assume who is the General Manager. I ask that he was able to lower the flag, he explains that he cant because the cables are damaged and a service request has been made. The guy jumps back in and asks why the flag should be half mast, I reply because of the Dallas shooting. He asks, Were you there? So, how do you know it happened? Im in shock, I left him with this. "I wasnt there when 9-11 happened. Thank you Rob for your service and time, I appreciate it. I dont do this for the entitlement and expect anything. I do it for this country and to the guys to my left and right." I have never felt mortified to see a guy who is living the millennials mind set for his age. You dont have to respect the choices many have made for the duty they serve, but if youre going to fly our colors, take the responsibilities of it.
