Im one that hardly ever complain... I was so disappointed that one of the lady who helped me took my order (just a small cup of coffee) she took my $2.50 and then just totally ignore me after that like she dont know what is going on....I dont know whether she is prejudice against me or what, I stood there waited for about 15 minutes and she even came out to the lobby to clean and walked right by me, but still didnt know that she took my money for a cup of coffee without giving me any coffee at all. There 3 - 4 customers that came and already got their special order while I stood there looking like an idiot. Another gentlemen order a large cup of coffee and was given his right away... At this point I started to wonder if she has something against me because my yellow skin or because I look dead tire because I just got out from dialysis and my wife had referral to Pete coffee and Tea that it is a real good coffee.... This was my 1st time there ... After another customer who came way after me gotten their order, I had to ask the gentleman who was serving that "How does it take to get just a cup of coffee?" He notice I was pretty upset by this time, he went and got my order right away and that lady that took my order didnt care to see what is going on... The coffee itself is very good, but the lady who service me really need to stop trying to take customers money without giving them their order... I would of gave it a 5 starts, but because of one individual person who has no knowledge of customer service has ruin my taste for Pete... Next time i would rather drive a little farther to Dutch Brother or even McDonald...

I went in to purchase wristbands for the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk after I found pricing on the AAA website. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was told that the website that quoted me the price wasnt AAAs and I would have to pay more for the wristbands. After going back and forth with the manager and the girl who was assisting me for an hour I gave in and purchased the 6 wristbands that I needed. Upon further investigation, when I got home, I WAS on their website. But instead of being under the "DISCOUNT" portion, I found the pricing in the "TRAVEL" section of their website. I am so mad that I let them tell me I was at the wrong website. I wasted an extra $25. Also, when I went to pay with cash I was told they only accept credit cards for this type of transaction. I was not impressed with the way that I was treated, with my husband and I being members for over 10 years. I left there very upset and I will not go back to this branch!

This branch would not transfer my out-of-state AAA membership to California without me first paying the renewal fee of $91. My membership is due on March 31, so why do they want to make me renew today? They told me to return in March. No advice about how to use my out-of-state membership in California. This visit was a total waste of my time.
