I went to get my tires rotated and balanced. I also was getting an oil change. The first gentlemen that writes up the order stated it would take 1.5 hours to 2 hours for the work to be completed. I accepted the job work order. It get to be 2 hours and met vehicle only had the oil change completed. I questioned the service manager why my vehicle was not fully completed before he put for completed. He stated he did not look at the work order. 2 other vehicles were put a head of my vehicle. He then stated I would have to wait longer because of their mistake. I requested a discount he gave me the oil change for free. I was very upset about the unfair treatment I received , some what satisfied with the free oil change.

Brought my truck in for new tires. Was told it would be a couple hours so I told them to call me when it was done. Two hours later I got a call from them, and the guy told me that he, (the guy that works at a tire shop every day), cant get one of the lug nuts off! I showed up a few minutes later and he gave me two options: Leave with only three new tires installed, or get the lugnut off myself then bring it back. I took my truck home, got the lug nut off, drove back. Now it is 5pm, two hours before they close, and he said they are booked for the rest of the day and he cant fit me in! Ill NEVER go to a Walmart tire shop again.

Linda the service rep at the tire center was very helpful but the pit crew is garbage Told me 15 mins then 2 and a half hours later my job wasnt done It was a very simple job, switching a tire on a rim, that I brought in myself. IT WASNT EVEN MOUNTED. After the 2 and a half hours they lost my tire and rim and I had to walk around to identify my own tire. Finally we get to the pay desk, and they dont have a work order. I have done something like this before and it shouldnt have taken more than ten minutes. Pretty disappointed. Linda was great though lol

Dont come here, they steal from your car. Took my car in awhile ago for a balance and rotation come to find out these people took my owners manual and the protector out of my glove box. Now they playing dumb like nothing happened.
