These people are crooks not only did they ruin my luxury car crysler 300. Now im having to fight these people about paying for it. They keep telling me to talk to their insurance coverage which is nation wide and keep giving me the run around. I tried to make this as easy for both parties but this has become a headache. The general manager told me his friend could fix my car because one of his employees dropped my car from the lift onto his tool box. My drivers door was open mind you? These people are incompetent and not sure how this business stays open. So please save your self from alot of heartache and never bring your car here. They were over the top un professional as well as shady! The location says it all...it is horribly run down and dirty. They dont desrve to earn any business and should be shut down immediately!

I wouldve given 0 star if it was an option Please do not bother to go this location unless you have loads of cash to be wasted. This place used to be ok couple years ago, but now they changed their strategy to aggressive upselling accompanied with high price. I wont be too specific but in short they are not cheap (especially price of the parts they sell) and lack honesty. Worst part is their diagnosis ability is sub-par, so they were not able to fix problem my car had, but I still had to pay them for their wrong attempts to fix. Eventually I took my car to other shop and they fixed it in one day.

I went in to get a tune-up for my car that had not given me any problems. They told me that I had a leak in my radiator. From the small amount of work that I oked, within a week I had to return. They said what theyd repaired was not the issue and that now there was a leak in a hose, and that the bypass hose along with the thermostat should be changed. And so the story continues. If you look like you have money, theyll take you for all that you have if you let them. Stay away from this place unless your car is on fire and you cant push it another block.

These guys are completely greedy. They will tell you something or other is wrong in your car even if that issue is not present there. Also, they will have checklist of the things done on your car but in actual they will skip many of the things. Also, intentionally they will do something wrong with your car and your car will start having problems that did not exist earlier. Do not go here if you want your car to remain in good condition.

Not so quality! I went there for a smog, they told me I failed because my check engine light dont come on when I start my car, (malfunction indicator light), and it was a system bypass (SAM told me that). They said my car needed a new computer and it would cost $900!! Pssssh! Yeah right! Then I went to the test only station by them and guess what? PASSED SMOG.

This has become my personal mechanic. They did quite a bit of maintenance on my 2005 Ford Escape and it drives like a new vehicle. And they did it all in one day at a fair price. Plus the owner took a personal interest in my car and kept me informed on all the work done. I will be going back for any automotive problems and routine maintenance I need.

After checking around the area, Quality was the best price in Rancho for an oil change, especially with the internet coupon I found. Midas was close, but didnt do free tire rotation, which I wanted. They were polite, did a good job, and did it quickly. I was out of there in less than half an hour.

Great group of individuals working hard to make sure that youre completely satisfied before leaving the only reason for four stars is the dramatic underestimation of time it would take to complete the job other than that fantastic place to get your car worked on very honest and the prices are fair

Failed a smog test because the gas cap was not tight. Cost me another $100 in diagnosis from another shop to find that out. When all someone with enough brains needed to do was tighten the gas cap. Dont go to this place unless you just like to burn $!!!

I showed up with Tundra and coupon. I was told that the coupon didnt apply to my truck but they would honor it anyway. 20 minutes later I was leaving with a passed smog certificate in hand. Friendly service and yes I will return to this location again.
