My check engine light was on and I was advised to take it to the dealership. I go to work at 7:15, so it is difficult for me to get in there. I called and made an appointment for 8:00 on Saturday. I dropped it off at 8:00, planning to wait for it, but the service guy suggested it would be better if I waited at home, so I took their ride. I hadnt heard anything so I called around 12:30, but he couldnt tell me anything, said it was okay. I called again around 3:00 and left a message. When my call was returned at 3:30 I was told they would have to keep my car until Monday afternoon. I was shocked- I couldnt do without my car for two more days. When I said as much he repeated the list of reasons that I brought my car in, then said it should be okay- I could pick it up and bring it back Monday morning. I said, "You mean it hasnt even been looked at yet?" He had implied that it just wasnt done, not that it hadnt been looked at yet. He said "Well, weve been busy" If they were so busy they shouldnt have given me an appointment. An appointment implies that the job will be done within a timely manner. They could have been honest upfront about not having looked at it- two opportunities and he withheld that information both times. I picked up my car and I wont return there. Chevrolet just lost me as a customer.

My wife and I bought a truck here last week at a great price! The bank was giving us a 8.25% interest rate, costing us $8500 towards interest. We still were okay with the pricing and went a head with the sale hoping that the interest rate would change the next day, because they let us down they would work on it. The next day they called us and let us know they got us a 3.9% interest rate costing us only $3500, that saved us $5000!!! They went above and beyond with that! Everybody was nice.. our main sales person was Chuck but we also worked with Ryan, Roger and Bill.. who all stayed late to help us. I also found out that my old football coach works there too Jeff Champ. If you are looking for a Chevrolet, Chase Chevrolet in Stockton is your place. We went to the Chevrolet stores in Elk Grove and Lodi and Chase Chevrolet in Stockton was 10 times better than both of those.

Horrible. Brought my car in to have Three Separate GM RECALLS remedied. The next day I was told I could pick up the car. I returned a second time a few days later because car was still having the issues they were supposed to "REPAIR FREE OF CHARGE". The same customer service mechanic said nonchalantly, "well, we didnt do that one because we didnt have the part." NICCCE.. SEEING HOW ITS ILLEGAL TO ALLOW A RECALLED VEHICLE TO LEAVE YOUR SERVICE LOT WITHOUT THE REPAIRS BEING MADE IN THE FIRST PLACE! ESPECIALLY THERE HAVING BEEN 19 RELATED DEATHS FOR THE SAME RECALL/FLAW!! Also, why wasnt I informed of the fact that only 2/3 issues had been remedied when Id come in & picked up the vehicle? My 5 year old son & I couldve been an additional two on GMs list of fatalities! - Lazy, Inconsiderate Jackasses!

Chase Chevrolet is top notch! my Family and I were on a road trip to Southern cal from Roseville heading to our Nephews Wedding. Our new trucks air cond was not working. so we stopped in and Service Tech Abel was able to take our Truck right away and do a Diagnostic and repair. It was a major repair. Abel kept us updated the whole time they were repairing it. Abel made it clear I could let you go without Air Cond but I am afraid it will lose a belt and strand you and your Family.I am very Thankful Abel and the service dept saved our day. we were just a little late for the Grooms Dinner instead of sitting on I-5 THANK YOU!!!! My transmission cable snapped, part is under recall, unsuspecting i took it time chase, since the day they gave me my car back Ive had traction control lights go off, whit in this model is also your "check transmission" light and its shifting funny their only options to remedy is I pay for a servicing yet I phoned them immediately after and they are sticking with the bill. Avoid chase Chevrolet at all costs, buyer be ware.., and GM just lost a life long customer over this one..

I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu pre-owned GM Certified used car, Paid cash in full for car. Was told I could bring it back within 72 hours for another car or my money back. When I went back in less than 24 hours later I was told that was the deal take it or leave it because they were not going to do either. So now i am stuck with this horrible car that was misrepresented on so many levels.

They totally sold my elderly mom a lemon of a car. The dealer was shady and unprofessional. It has spent more time in the shop. The car was not even valued for the correct dollar amount. We finally had to trade it and take the loss. I would never refer them to anyone. Shame on Chevrolet!!!!

Poor customer service. Bad attitudes. Not honest. Shady. Higher ups such as alex robinson dont respond to customer complaints. Disappointed with this establishment in my city. I originally bought my car from toyota town and they referred me to chase chevrolet. Pitiful.

Very bad experience . Ended up dripping oil all over my driveway. Brought it back and they took forever. While I was waiting I spoke with another guy waiting and he had same problem on brand new car, 1st oil change dripped on inside of firewall.
