I feel taken advantage for time and money. Went in for a simple radiator flush which I was told would cost 60.99 as it states on their board and a serpentine belt replacement which I already had the belt. Well I came back the very next day because I didnt have time to come in same day and they charge me $120.00 for a radiator flush, then when I questioned the front guy he says oh its because you require two things of the fluid since you brought it in with only water in the radiator. Well the owner of the establishment is the one who told me to bring it in with only water. Mind you they are charging me $20 for each thing of fluid, when I paid 13.99 in the auto zone store.... Im pretty sure they buy in bulk or wholesale so why over charge me for this? Then you charge me 29.99 for a kit. So when he came back in he tells me he will remove the kit since the owner didnt inform me about it. Im assuming since they didnt get to charge me for the kit, they didnt do the job as they were supposed to. Still end up paying them $90 when I should have been charged the 60.99 for the flush like he quoted me the day before after I verified the type of car I had. Then they took almost 3 entire hours and I only had 3.5 hours the night before so I was very upset when he told me it would only be 20 more minutes and I waited an entire hour more. Total they charged me about $150 for a flush and to replace my belt which I brought it and took almost 3 entire hours to do the work. The owner also tried to lie to me and say he thinks I might have a blown head gasket....haha umm excuse me? He says how long did you let the car overheat for. Well the van NEVER technically overheated. It was getting hot so we replaced the thermostat immediately. It started to rise for maybe 10 minutes only and I drove it home. However, the needle technically never even reached the H, it go about a quarter of an inch from it but when I drove it home it would get cooler and rise when I would stop at the light. Turns out there was a leak in the pipe and a broken thermostat. My husband fixed this after one day of the van getting hot, but NEVER did the van overheat. Also there were absolutely NO symptoms of a blown head gasket like milky oil, smoke, or anything like that. He tells me oh the coolant smells funny. Ummm yeah, probably because it hasnt been changed in a while. We only had the van a year and the person before us probably never got a flush but the fluid wasnt even that dirty to begin with. Smh, I dont appreciate them trying to take advantage because Im a woman and I was so tired I didnt have the strength to deal with this nonsense. I overheard them telling this poor unknowing girl that she needed all kinds of flushes in her car and she only came there for a wheel bearing replacement. She walked away paying them over $400 for something she probably just needed to top off for a few dollars here and there. No integrity in my opinion. Wont be going there again. These types of establishments are exactly why we fix things ourselves on the vehicle if we can. I only used their services because my husband had been too busy to do the flush and the belt.

I give Ohana zero star, this place is a nightmare waiting to happen. I found an add in the paper for a road trip special, came to this place a few months ago asked about the road trip service or transmission service to see what I might need , first the guy told me that I didnt need a transmission service, than after having my car for over an hour , they stated that I need transmission service. So Im like I thought you said I didnt need transmission service . He come up with some excuse and later they want to show me that my axle had a leak and oil was all over and under my car. I had just took my car to get a oil change like 3 months before this and nothing was wrong with my car. I have a 2011 Honda Accord and they messed up my car. I found out right after they supposed to have done the road trip service that my transmission fluid was low and that is what they should have done when they did the road trip service. This place is a joke and I will never go back or recommend anyone to come here. Matter of fact they need to give me back my $158

I took my vehicle into Ohana Car Care for my routine service (oil change etc), as always the front is very clean and the staff is very nice and professional, the took my vehicle in and after performing their inspection the guy at the front counter told me that the had a few recommendations at that he wanted to show me on the vehicle while it was in the air. he showed me that my axle boot was torn and leaking grease, and also that there was a leak in my rack and pinion, he also showed me that my air filter was dirty, but only a little dirty and that I could replace on my next service, I was very impressed by the lengths they went to show my the issues on my vehicle rather than just telling me, due to time constraints I was not able to have the repairs done that day, but scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday, and had the work done, this place is awesome and I will not take my care anywhere else, they are very professional, honest and the quality of work is second to none. thank you Ohana car care.

Horrible experience. After having to go through an issue, we decided to do some research on this business. What we found there were many others who had experienced the same issue. Over charging for parts. A part that is normally 19.99(@ the dealer), less from 3rd parties, would cost us $117.99. More research revealed that this was the same mechanic who tore apart my Toyota Tacoma 3 years ago without permission to try and get me to pay $5000 for a new engine. Now operating under a different name. Unfortunately, women are the ones who seriously get taken advantage of here. My mother was the one who dropped off the car here and was told the vehicle would be taken care of. The others, also women, were overcharged for parts and service. Definitely will not be patronizing this or any other business this owner operates.

Horrible Service. Over Charge for parts and Service. The part for which they were charging $158.95 was bought for merely $39 online, and part was in better condition and quality than theirs. Will never go to them again. They are simply ripping innocent people who dont have knowledge about pricing of parts. Extremely sad. And their customer service was also not friendly. First i had to wait for somebody to get to the counter/ cashiers desk to serve me, and after 15-20 minutes i was served with a guy who was showing attitude which i completely disliked. I will not recommend this place under any circumstances. Sorry, but i had to go through all this. Better be careful than regretful.
