My Mini Coopers transmission started acting up. I had purchased an extended warranty for the drivetrain so I wasnt too concerned, but talking to the service department at the dealer, was told that the transmission cannot be repaired only replaced at a cost of about $6,000.00. I took it to Black Forest and explained the issue. They contacted the warranty folks and were told to find a refurbished one which they did. It, however, was faulty and no others were available so a new one was ordered. My Mini was back in service and Black Forest did all the dealings with the warranty people. They saved me thousands and being close to my home saved me lots of frustration. Count on them to do the same for you.

What a nice family run business. They really helped me out as my Audi S4 needed oil change/tire roatation. At the same time it needed to be picked up from one body shop, and taken to another for a new clear bra. As I tried to figure out how to move the car around (and who was going to shuttle me), Jason said, "Oh no problem. I can run it over for you. I need to get a car back from there that day." Even when plans changed, they were flexible and the car was moved around while I was at work. All of this with no hassle. I came in and settled my invoice the next day. Nice folks, local service.

The crew at The Black Forest is wonderful. We have a "new" used BMW, our first one. Everything we asked was fully answered. The work was done exceptionally well and for a great price. We will be back for regular maintenance and other needs!
