I would love to be able to give this place a good review. I would love to state that they were accurate in the length of time it would take for my car to be done. I would like to say that, AFTER being told my car would be done around 3 or 4 Saturday afternoon, it was done on time. Well this time the company failed to deliver on its Meineke promise. Went there on a Friday before closing for a brake inspection, they quickly deduced the problem, and provided me a quote for the cost, and were kind enough to allow me to let my car stay there overnight. They then called late Saturday morning to say they could fix the leaks I knew about, provided me a cost, and said it would be done that day. As I am sure you deduced, it was not done that day. As much as I appreciate them staying open on Sunday so that I could get my car back before work on Monday, I COULD HAVE JUST DROPPED IT OFF MONDAY. The ONLY reason Id allowed more work than intended to be done was because of the Meineke promise. I would like to thank the mechanic for staying to work on my vehicle on what Im sure was his off day, and commend Meineke for keeping the cost of the quote to what was agreed to, but I doubt you (at least this location) will ever see my business again. Edit 1: Thanks for getting in contact with me, that definitely shows company integrity. I have sent an email to you and hope to continue our correspondence in order to give your location another chance. Edit 2: No response correspondence and the coolant leak I took to you twice I had to have repaired by another shop. Also, I just replaced YOUR master brake cylinder YOU installed because it FAILED. I will NEVER go here or recommend it to anyone. Shoddy workmanship yields shoddy results and you should be ASHAMED of your quality of work.

Came in early morning to get a STANDARD OIL CHANGE and the person behind the desk suggested that I make an appointment, or I would be waiting for about 2 hours. I made an appointment for later in the afternoon, and got the paperwork set up easily. It takes half an hour or so for the person behind the desk to take my car from the front parking to the back, no big deal, they were working with other things. An hour after that, another worker brings my car back and sets the keys on the desk. It takes OVER half an hour after that for someone to finish me off so I can leave. There was a worker near the desk for almost that entire time, talking on the phone, joking with coworkers, and assisting other people coming in (I heard him telling someone that he was the manager of this location). As I was about to grab my keys myself and leave, a different coworker assists me with my payment. NOWHERE I have ever been has ever taken 2 hours for a simple damn oil change, especially for an appointment. Thats absolutely ridiculous and Im beyond unimpressed.

Dont ever come here! I took my car in to get a basic oil change and when I got my car back all the lights were on including the check Engine light. Also, my car was barley running and the engine was jumping and car was shaking. Before I took my car in it ran perfectly smooth. When I took it back in, the guy told me I would have to come back the next day and leave my car there for 4/5 hours just so they can fix their mistake. I then went home and called the guy to let him know how upset I was and he told me to come back and hell fix it. I then drove all the way back and 5 minutes later he came out and said it was fixed. I got in it and it seemed to be fine but some of the lights were still on. I honestly think they did something to my car so I would keep coming back to them and I wasnt the only one who came in to complain about their car. If you value your car you would NEVER come here.

Ive had my car serviced here a multiple times, mainly due to convenience of location. Ive tried to give this place the benefit of my doubt because they are a somewhat new shop. Ive had nothing but bad experiences here though. The service is ok, the front desk employees are nice but lack any sense of urgency. Most of my "scheduled" appointments are never on time, often 20+ mins after my scheduled time which is quite annoying. My last appointment went over 45 mins from my scheduled appointment. I ended up asking for my keys and left to American Tires, who took me in and got me out within 40mins or so. I wont waste my time with this place again and encourage anyone who reads this review to not either.

The team here are very helpful and incredibly nice. The free full to to bottom inspection was very thorough and found a few known issues plus a few that were new. What I appreciated most was that the team didnt pressure me into anything, this was found, we seriously recommend changing X but Y & Z can probably wait a little longer. It definitely instilled some trust and appreciation for the team

My experience.was horrible. I brought my SUV for routine oil change and tire rotation. The tires were not rotated and i complained the clerk was assuring that they did. The water for my wind shield was empty before and after the service. I am not.sure whether the oil was even changed. I left there wondering what kind of impressions they leave with other customers. It was a real nightmare.

Took my QUIET car in, for several repairs, n now it is so loud, I cant figure it out, n of course they dont kno where the noise is from....Im being generous with those two stars...ughhh
