I had gone to try to get my power steering fixed, which they do not do. Thats fine, but while I was there I got the oil change and they of course with their usual high pressure techniques talked me in to a few of their many additional services. I had gotten the cooling system flush along with the oil change, etc. The shop that did do my power steering let me know that there was no water/fluid in my radiator and that a fluid sample they took was dirty rusty old fluid, no signs of a flush being done at all. I took this information to Jiffy Lube and asked them to refund that part of my service, but so far the manager has not called me back to discuss it. I even dropped off a copy of what the real mechanics listed they had found. So basically, it looks like they started the flush, sucked all the fluid out and then left me dry and wont call me back to deal with their mistake. A mistake is one thing, everyone makes mistakes. It is how you handle them that tells what type of a person/company you are!!! Never going back except to try to get my money back. If they wont handle it I guess I will write to corporate.

This franchise is not reflective of other franchises in the bay area or central valley. Appearance of the individual working the front desk - appalling! Uniform looked like it had not been washed in days, best example of mechanics greasy hands I have witnessed in a long time (an most professional mechanics now use protective gloves). Same individual had a bit too much attitude for me, requiring information that really isnt needed when youre sitting in the lobby waiting. Wanted a cell phone number, which was not on my person. And in parallel, way too much upselling going on which may account for why other customers were grumbling about how slow they were moving. Ended up leaving without getting the work performed. Work was performed across the street at a competitors business. While I see some good reviews for this franchise, my first time experience with them left a bad impression. Comments sent to the cooperate office, will do a follow up depending on what cooperate has to say.

I took my wifes Altima in for an oil change and tire rotation. They started working on it immediately. The manager finally came to the desk where I showed him my coupons and he said they wouldnt honor them because they werent site specific. So I showed him other coupons that were, one for the oil and one for the tire rotation. He said he could only honor one and handed me an estimate for $94.00. I stopped the process immediately. they stopped but they had already added the synthetic oil which I never authorized. The manager was the most unfriendly manager Ive dealt with in years. Their prices are higher than the Nissan dealership. They didnt charge me for the new oil but they put the old filter back on. Pathetic............Ill never go back. They should re-name it Rippy Lube.

Jiffy lube said my new car had an engine leak. They also claimed my oil was a quart low. I drove it straight to the tracy honda dealership. Tracy honda checked my oil in front of me and they were suprised when I told them I JUST got the oil change. Almost two quarts low and the after market piece of junk oil filter (thag jiffy lube put on) was leaking. Not my car engine!!!! So after paying $60 for an oil change tracy honda is doing another one for free!!

The Manager was great and so was the rest of the staff. They had great communication. I asked the manager about a review on here about a comment here that said the manager was rude, I found that to not be the case at all. The manager acknowledged the comment and explained that the mentioned person was not a manager, and that he no longer works there. Best oil change experience Ive had, I will definitely be going back.

They didnt Rush You in telling you that you Needed this or that! Liked other Places, where they think you have a Bank Roll in Your Pocket! And they clean the Windows on Both Sides, where others dont! And l didnt have to ask for a Senior Discount! They did a Great job on My Truck

Excellent service from the team. From the time I pull up to the time I leave everyone is awesome that works at this location. This is the only place and location I get my Babys oil change at. Great job guys thank you for making every visit a great one.

Amazing customer service for as long as I can remember. Wonderful group of workers who are always willing to help. Ive been a customer for over 7+ years. I bring all my vehicles here. They always offer coffee and water while you wait.

Awesome staff, great service. Id say theyre very honest and will not try to hard sell you on getting additional services. The only negative is that they are usually crowded so wait times can be long.
