I called all the possible auto service shops within a 30 mile radius for a quote regarding a needed required service. Shocked isnt the word: I came to discover that every single one of them, except for Sterling, provided an estimate of cost - a lot less, based NOT on the full service I needed but on less than what the job required - obviously to get my business. And NOT one of them addressed the issue when questioned. Not only did I get an education from Sterling regarding my service, but recd SUPERB service. Thank you everyone at Sterling. You run a top notch shop!!

Sterling continues to impress me. Several intermittent minor problems have been resolved in addition to those regular maintenance issues I brought my wifes vehicle in to have completed. The rear lift gate has had several shops attempt to resolve and Sterling managed to finally correct its adjustment. The alarm and overhead light coming on randomly has been an ongoing annoyance.

The staff was very personable and seemed knowledgeable. The service was great and they got my car back on the road quickly. I really enjoyed the service report that they sent to my email which detailed what was done and other components that need attention. The report came with pictures of each section of the car that needed servicing.
