Unbelievably terrific service. Seriously surprised how comfortable they made me feel. Let me pain a picture of how it went down. I went in for an oil change. There was basically no line the day after Thanksgiving. Pulled up, I was greeted and the door opened for me. Rep was well groomed, clean and hygienic. He was polite and had very good etiquette. I was escorted to the lobby and offered a beverage while I waited. I noticed they took steps to keep my car from getting dirty during service. Took no longer than 10 minutes. Paperwork was handled for my lease company approval process quickly. Wow! I was in and out in 10 minutes and treated with great respect. Well done EDH jiffy lube!

Extremely fast with oil changes. Their customer service is probably some of the best I have ever seen. They open at 7:30 and I showed up early and was sitting in my car. One of the employees approached my car and offered me some coffee and let me inside and began to work on my vehicle immediately so I wouldnt have to sit and wait. The inside is very clean and accomodating. The work is grade A material as well, but where they truly shine is with how well they treat their customers. They dont force you into getting things you dont need but they do throw out their recommendations. Most importantly; they treat you with respect. I will be coming here for full synthetic oil changes from now on.

READ Google and Yelp reviews before you go here! Will not return here. 1st visit - asked not to touch my air filters (issue with check engine well known amongst owners) * they handed me my filters and asked to replace them anyway. * I had to reseat the engine air filter housing, and reattach hoses. 2nd - visit I drive home not to touch air filters * the clerk yells to all employees not to touch * thinking everything was done right, a while later the check engine light comes on * thinking to reattach the hoses, I open the hood to fine my engine air filter housing connectors BROKEN and the clamps REMOVED. $300 fix to replace housing. Disappointed

ok, called ahead to see it the price is $29.99 and it was confirmed it was. So I sent my son to get it done, they asked him what he wanted he said the one for $29.99. Well his bill ended up to be $46...I called them to see what I was missing and apparently nothing and they just used the better oil and said thats what he had asked for. NOT COOL! Why would he asked for the better oil when he only had $30.00 I gave him. He knew it would cost more if better oil was used....Not going there again!!!

Fast service. Never need an appointment. Not too pushy on extra services. Dont d forget your oil top off before the 3000 mile mark.
