Had a pretty bad experience at their service department yesterday. I had just upgraded the rear shocks on my new Ram 1500, and threw an engine code. Take it in first thing in the morning. I am giving two stars only because the original service I brought it in for was done within reason. During the initial discussion when I dropped the car off, I told the service manager about a very hard 2-1 downshift - and had read that this was a problem on all sorts of CDJR cars with this 8-speed transmission. I asked, and he said he had never heard of it. Strike One. I then asked if there were any computer updated, TSBs, recalls I should know about - he said none. I find out this morning that Ram HAS a TSB out on my transmission issue, they just didnt take the time to actually look it up. Strike two. I get a call an hour later that the tech noticed I have aftermarket equipment - and because of this my warranty was void. Um, no. Read the law, assclowns (15 USC §2301). I explained that if my aftermarket parts caused the issue, I would happily pay, but otherwise federal law said my warranty stood. They relented immediately - which tells me one major thing - they KNEW this and thought I didnt, so were more than happy to try and charge me. Strike Three. All-in-all, they were very friendly and either completely incompetent (Transmission issue) or borderline frauds (warranty issue). Either way, Ill never take my truck there again, and suggest none of you do either.

The general manager Joe is seriously the worst guy in the world to deal with. He would not match Elk Grove Dodge, lied straight to my face and said no one around had the same car. Well, Cabral In Manteca had the same exact one and matched Elk Grove without issue. The sales guy, Juan, at Stockton was excellent to deal with and I really wanted to buy a car from him but unfortunately his boss Joe came in to close the deal and he sucks at his job and basically did not want our money. Cabral fortunately did so we went there and spent our money. My wife and I are a young couple and Cabral treated us with great customer service and gained life long customers. Stockton had the opportunity and blew it by treating my wife and I terribly. Moral of the story, if you HAVE to go to Stockton go straight to Juan but remember the general manager Joe runs a shady operation, will lie straight to your face, and has the worst customer service in the business. Do not trust a word he says, there is a reason he sells less cars than the rest of Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealerships around the area.

They will never call you back when they say they will. It took me 2 weeks to simply make an appointment because everytime I called they said they would have to call me back. Gave them my name and number and never once got a single phone call back. This happened at least 6 times. I even called to complain, I was transferred to a managers voicemail to leave a message and guess what he never called back either. On the day of my appointment I thought I was going to be late so I called to let them know. Of course they needed to take am message and call me back. You guessed it Im still waiting for that call. If you want professionalism then avoid this place at all costs. This place has know idea how to treat a customer. Go to tracy or elk Grove. Stockton also put a big scratch in my brand new truck then blamed me for it. Truck was only 1 week old and didnt even have 500 miles yet. This was a different visit but thought Id mention it.

Took my 2014 challenger in because my key fob just quit working. They replaced my old key fob with new key fob. Dropped car off on a Friday and got my car back on a Tuesday. Center console was gone through and my iPod was stolen. The only thing I leave in the car gets stolen. Talked to a manager. Manager says, we hire people to work for us but sadly we cant control what they do. Then offered to sell me a brand new 2015 challenger. Then tells me he will have manager thats above him call me. NEVER DID CALL ME. This is the second time in 5 years that I take one of my vehicles in for service and have something stolen from my car. They did nothing to satisfy or attempt to satisfy the customer then when someone stole my prescription sunglasses, and now my iPod..now every time I have to take my car in for service, Im going to take everything out even the chewing gum

Piss poor customer service after the sale, they are all nice and friendly til once you sign. Came in with a direct approval from a bank, these guys with out you knowing will continue applying to banks even after loan was funded from your preapproval. Your NEW vehicle is NOT topped off with fuel, they no longer do that they say? At a time when fuel is under $2.00 a gallon you serious? Yet near buy dealership do. Its a new $40000.00 vehicle and not topped off. ok? Thats like buying a new TV with no power cord or remote. Third they sell you care packages, its been a month already then they call to cancel. They are short handed they claim, blame it on the rain, what rain? They will take your money and put you on the back burner. Save your self some time, money and most of all a big head ache. Go elsewhere. I wish I read the previous posts...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I took my car here to have the heater core replaced, I was told it would take up to three days to fix, which is understandable. They had my car for two weeks and was terrible with communication. Now that I finally have my car back, other operations in my car that have nothing to do with the heater core are not working and the manager Zach refuses to call me back. To make matters worse, there is no other number I can contact other than their main service department number, so even if I wanted to file a complaint, I have no way to do so. Needless to say I will NEVER take my car back here again!! If I could leave ZERO stars I definitely would.

Their sales person is harassing , rude and just totally unprofessional. We turned down a minivan that they wanted $17,000.00 for because it was WAY out of our price range for a minivan at another dealership that was much more reasonable and better suited to us. He kept arguing that we were making the wrong choice and that we should pay more for something that we got for THOUSANDS less. He actually called back AFTER we said no and dont call back saying that the dealer can not give us the payments quoted. Well guess what ... The other dealer got our payments even LOWER than quoted. Doesnt pay to harass people, you would make more sales by actually HELPING them.

This is the best car dealership I went to in my entire life.I bought a brand new 2016 Chrysler 200 yesterday and my experience with the salesman by name Dewayne was excellent. Dewayne worked earnestly and honestly to ensure that we got the best deal.He didnt just ensure that we got all discounts possible, he also ensured we got an acceptable value for our trade-in.as well as financing for an excellent rate.I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone and make sure you ask Dewayne.
