I have to give props to this place. They got me a car beyond my wildest dreams for a song. Heres the story of what happened: I have really bad credit due to some rough financial times so I knew getting approved would be tough. When I arrived at Toyota Town I was warmly greeted by Adam Baza. He asked what I was looking for and I explained the situation of my credit and that I had a title loan out on the car I was trading in and he said that we could probably get something worked out. I told him that I wanted an SUV and since the car I was trading in was a very base model with no cruise control, power windows or power locks, I required those features in the vehicle. So he showed me the used SUVs they had in stock and took me on a couple of test drives. I settled on a Toyota Highlander with a Toyota Rav4 as a possible second choice if not approved by the bank for the Highlander. As I expected I did not get approved for the Highlander but I did get approved for the Rav4. It took a couple of days for the financing to come through. When it finally came through I headed over to sign the papers and get the Rav4. However, unbeknownst to Adam someone had sold the Rav4 while we were waiting on the bank and they were signing the papers as I walked in. He went to get the keys and thats when he was informed it had been sold. Big disappointment for me. But Adam set about trying to rectify the situation immediately. It took a couple of more days so when I went in to check on the status it was Adams day off. Sammy then took over for Adam and got me into a gorgeous 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS with all the features (hot dayum!!!!) and low mileage to boot. Because of the mess with the Rav4 Sammy went over and above to get me into this car. They gave me a nice discount and a full tank of gas! I couldnt be happier with this car and the way things turned out in the end. This baby has more features than anything and rides better than either of the other two SUVs. Thank you Toyota Town. You messed up but you came through in the end and made me a customer for life!

I went to 3 other Toyota dealers before I came to Toyota Town and 1 dealer after my visit to Toyota Town but I came back to Toyota Town because of the initial contact I had made with Kevin Hamlin. On my initial visit, Kevin was attentive, patient and spent a lot of time with me while I made him run a variety of purchase scenarios. I have nothing ill to say about the other dealerships but I felt that Keven was providing me with the best and most personalized service. I came back to Toyota Town (with my wife this time; the car was for her) and we were able to make a deal that I felt was fair and on a car that really fit our needs/wants. We were even pleasantly surprised by an option that we didnt think we were going to get. The entire time during our interaction with Kevin, he was pleasant, personable and respectful and we genuinely had an enjoyable time with him. When we got to the Finance Dept. we were introduced to Jeff Renwick and it was just like dealing with Kevin. Jeff was really helpful and personable and we had a rather boisterous time with Jeff, relating family stories and telling jokes. The entire experience was the most fun Ive ever had buying a car, and Ive bought a lot of cars over the years. We bought a couple of accessories for our new car and even the folks in the Parts Department were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely came back to Toyota Town and buy from them again and I would recommend Toyota Town to anyone wanting to buy a car. The customer service is second to none!

Before coming to the dealer I did my own intial research on the internet of the likely cause of the problem I was experiencing with my Prius. It turns out that it was symptomatic of an inverter pump failure on the Prius. Previous years of the Prius had this item recalled and replaced without charge. However, my vehicle is a 2008 which is one year outside of the recall which included 2007 at the latest. I called the Toyota service hotline to get more details, and they confirmed that the recall would not be honored for the 2008 model unless at a later date the number of failures of the inverter pump required them to do so. After calling around to three dealers, Rick at Toyota Town offered to replace it for free anyway, if it was indeed the problem. I brought it in, was provided top notch customer service, and after it was confirmed that it was the inverter pump, was able to leave without paying anything and was even offered a coupon to get the car washed because it was raining on the day of the service. I have never received such service at this level of excellence from any dealer in the past. I believe that they have likely run into the inverter pump problem enough in the past and were preemptively solving the problem rather than put a customer through a delayed recall process. Such an approach is in the customers best interest and should be to their credit.

I decided to visit Toyota Town of Stockton, when I received a call from Sammy, after hed saw my request to purchase a car on the Toyota web site. On the web site I expressed my desire to buy a car, what type, kind, make and color of car I wanted; the price, down payment and monthly payments. Sammy invited me for a test drive and I made an appointment. I arrived a couple of minutes late, and Sammy asked Saud to assist me as he had another customer at that time. Saud took me on the test drive and I knew I wanted this car. However, my credit score was not that good. I was taken in to see Jeff, the finance man and we begin completing the paperwork. During this time, Jeff showed me ways to save money and I took advantage of those instances. I ended up getting a very nice rate, payments that I could afford and the car, color, amenities and even more creature features than I knew about or even wanted as I didnt know about these features. My experience was further made greater, when Melissa, the service represented assisted me to take things out of my old car and place them in my new car. My entire experience, from entering the dealership at two minutes after one pm and driving out with my new car at four thirty pm, was less than three and one half hours. Very little hassle, quick arrangements on financing and a completely happy and satisfied customer. Lamont W. Allen

First, I would like to give KUDOS to FABIO!!!! He was so very nice, helpful, and patient. I did not buy a car (I am still looking) but if I decide to purchase a Toyota, I would call no one else but him. He was so friendly and made my "browsing" experience, a pleasant one. The reason I am giving Toyota Town 1 star, is due to the experience I had prior to Fabio helping me and the experience my mother had. When I arrived at Toyota Town, a Sales Associate saw me pull up, barely cracked the door open, and asked me what I was looking for. I informed him that I was interested in test driving the Prius. He pointed to the line of cars and said, "The USED Prius are over there", closed the door and left. I will not name or provide a description of this individual but he was so incredibly rude and judgmental. My mother had a similar experience and ended up in the parking lot alone looking at cars. A female associate (I do not know her name) came out to assist, and my mother said that she was very friendly, helpful, and nice. My mother purchased a Rav that day. Customer service as well as being treated with respect is very important. That can be a deal breaker for a potential buyer. For the rude associates, dont judge a book buy its cover, you may lose a sale. Fabio, thank you for being so kind.
