Horrible! This place lies and they will rip you off…guaranteed! Do not trust them with your vehicle. My catalytic converter was stolen, so I went to them to get it replaced. They put in a new one, but did a shotty weld job. There was an inch long hole in the weld in top of the pipe next to the O2 sensor. I went back to ask them to fix the hole since I was afraid my truck would not pass smog and they said they do NOT guarantee their labor. They also wanted me to pay them $50 more to get it fixed, even though I had paid them almost $500 to install it in the first place, which they did not do properly. I will not give them any more of my money and will spread the word to family and friends about their dishonesty. This company does not have good values.

Walked into the shop with a steering knuckle in hand. Thank you so much for your incredible help, and your willingness to teach me as well! I would have definitely been up a certain creek without that important kind of paddle without your kindness. I also really appreciate the help of your team. Big man Nick (I believe that was his name) that helped bust the old bearing loose, as well as Angel were both very friendly and happy to know that I was being helped. The young man at the counter was also very nice and, as well as constantly wanting to make sure that I had what I needed. Fantastic facility, and your employees very clearly function as a cohesive team. Youve got a customer for life.

The second night of my stay I went to the bar/restaurant for dinner. The bartender, Brandi, was friendly and attentive and doing an excellent job of giving great personalized service to each group of people in her area. She talked up your breakfast service where her daughter works so well that I considered getting up early and going down to check that out, but ultimately decided to stay in my ultra comfy, warm, cozy bed as long as possible instead. Not only will I be returning (again, this was my second stay), but Ive recommended this location to my company for when our out of town associates visit. Thanks again for another great stay.

Some time ago I had my timing belt and water pump replaced at this shop. I really didnt know much about them, it was one of those "point my finger in the yellow pages" picks. The work was done on time and on budget. I have had no problems with the repairs and my vehicle was running great. Fast forward a year later and my vehicle failed its smog check due to the timing being out. I called the Mr. Palmer at the shop to explain my issue. Even though I was months past my warranty they stood by their work and resolved my problem. There are few companys left that honor their work and this is one of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My daughter completely wore down her brakes. I had her bring it to Midas. She didnt know anything about cars or brakes, but after her visit with Midas she has a better understanding about brakes. Turns out her calipers were bad, so it wasnt completely her fault. Midas not only took her home so she didnt have to wait around, but they explained everything to her and showed her what was going on in her car. Its feels great knowing my daughter will be in good hands. Thank you.

Moved to West Sacramento a few months ago. During my move I noticed a noise from my car, so I stopped by this Midas. The older gentleman from the office went with me on a drive to hear the noise. He was very informative and even had my car lifted so he can show me what was going on. Got my vehicle repaired shortly after. Found my auto repair and oil change spot in West Sacramento. Thank you.

this is for the review by an honorable shop you failed your smog check because the shop (midas) didnt set the timing when they did the timing belt ... it was nice that they fixed it for you but it was the fault of the shop that made u fail smog f

$55 bucks just to test my Alternator...no thanks. The guy on the phone was nice and Im sure the work would have been good, but the turned off was the actual expense to plug my car in and let the computer do its thing...thats all

One of the young techs came to look at my tires and helped me put in air. Im glad he caught that my tires were separating - put on new tires and probably saved me a headache if they did go out during the rain. Thank you.

Every time my mom would come here they would find a way to upcharge/upsell her for something. If you go here, get proof of warranty for the work you have done...
