This is the worst car center experience I have ever had! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I came in because I was in the area, and I wanted to see if they could fit me in for an oil change; I had recently bought a Car Care Plan that was good for only this shop, so this was the first of many times I was planning on coming to this shop. When I came in, there were several people standing around, and then the owner, Bill Des Roches asked if I needed help. I asked if I could get an oil change and he immediately said, with a condescending tone, that I need to make an appointment and that I should of read the small print on the Car Care Plan. I was a little confused because I had never been to a Meineke before, but said ok. He said the next appointment wasnt for another 4 days, but I went ahead and made the appointment. I left a little offended, but because I had invested in the Car Care Plan, I really didnt have much choice but to go back and get the service done. When I came back for my appointment, he immediately greeted my with attitude, and said "Oh, you were the one that was here the other day without an appointment." I was immediately uncomfortable, for here I was, a new customer, and the owner was talking down to me as if he didnt want my business. The Car Care Plan voucher I had purchased said the oil changes were good for up to $29.99, and when I tried confirming this Bill snapped back and said that there was no tire rotation included with the oil change (as noted at the Front Desk at this location), but I can use one of the tire rotation vouchers from the plan. I explained I didnt need a tire rotation, yet Bill pretty much tried pressuring me to use the tire rotation voucher at that time. He then said, "you know you can just call and get you money back, we dont need your business." I was extremely offended, because I was about to take a trip, I had already invested a large amount of money in the Car Care Plan, and I waited for this appointment all week, so I stayed to complete the service needed. I then told him that I didnt appreciate his attitude, and he began to rant how I was the one with the attitude, and I should just leave. Now again, I needed the oil change so although I was very upset and offended, I kept calm and explained again how I wanted the service done. He was obviously angry, and upset that I was even using this Car Care Plan (maybe he should not of signed up to be a provider), and literally threw the oil change confirmation print out at me from across the desk. I was astonished, but I just grabbed a feedback card so I can let all of you know instead of throwing a fit inside the shop. I told him I would be reporting his service, and he slammed his card down and looked at me with a scowl, and this is when I found out he was the owner. Wow, can you say HORRIBLE customer service?! DO NOT GO HERE! Bill Des Roches is a angry, unprofessional, and an upset man with no care for his customers. Meineke should audit his service and not let him ruin their reputation... what a shame.

took my daughters car in for some work...I used to manage a few workshops so I was looking to see if they were fair...turns out the owner was really nice,..pricing was fair...work done on time.,,only advise I have for owner is.,,NEVER turn down an oil change!.,,I was a repeat customer who needed an oil change..u turned me down so I went down the street to competition..,they found my serpentine belt needed and tensioner needed replacing..I had them do the work..now I am town between ur shop and theirs!...u should keep a bay open for oil changes all the time.,.dont turn customers on to competition

I tell you what, my car broke down near Gilroy. I live in Southern California. As expected, my car was toast (because it overheated), but as I worked to address the situation from Los Angeles, the guys at Meineke helped facilitate my sale of the body and sent me my things through UPS. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out when I was 6 hours away. Thank you! Good guys.

Been going here for years. Bill is a great guy as long as youre straight with him, and hes kept all my cars running great. Even after I moved out of the area, I still make special trips to come to him if I possibly can. He might not be the cheapest, but I havent ever had an issue with his work, so you get what you pay for.

I have brought a couple of vehicles here. They seem friendly. The owner cheerfully honored a promo package I got from Groupon or Living Social. I even bought an oil package from him as well.
