My car overheated in Gilroy and was towed to Preferred Automotive. The folks there were friendly, professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. Benita, the lady at the front desk there, went well out of her way to help us get full reimbursement for our visit since it turned out that our car had overheated due an repair error made by a previous auto shop. She made many phone calls on our behalf all on her own accord--I have to say, the customer service was stellar, and our car ran great after the repair. They even bused us to and from the local hotel we stayed out. I was exceptionally pleased with the quality of service received at Preferred Automotive and would definitely refer them to others.

Stranded 2,400 miles from home can be frustrating. Finding a reliable diesel repair shop in California was a crap shoot. Stopping in Gilroy, the garlic capital of the world, answered our prayers Sarah was very responsive to all our concerns and questions. We dropped off the vehicle on Wednesday and had an estimate in hours. Torn O-rings on 2 injectors needed replaced. Tearing off the top end and and returning to us by Friday was a tall order. David assured us they could deliver. Friday at 3pm we were on the road again. Kudos and accolades to Sarah, David and Wayne!! I would drive across state to hire Preferred again! Thank you Mark
