I have had my car washed by Yuba City Car Wash many times. I have always left happy with a clean and well cared for car. I will continue to have my car washed there. I also appreciate the new lower price on the Exterior Wash. As for the review about employees abusing customers cars, Id like to state for the record that the persons account is obviously an exaggeration. The incident in question was by one employee, not employees. That employee and the manager no longer work there. The event was taken very seriously by management and the owners at the time and to this day. Additionally, about the 2006 Mustang GT, this is a high performance car. The engine is a 4.6L V8 with a very low 1st gear (4.10 ratio) meaning it revs quickly. Even so, to "over rev" the engine would mean it would have to have been revved to over 6250rpm, not realistic that it was actually over revd The tire slippage actually occurred while the car was being turned around according to witnesses and I assume it was most likely on wet soapy pavement. Although I have no personal knowledge about this persons actual car, it is commonly equipped with a 5 speed manual transmission. It would be understandable for someone inexperienced with this car to spin the tires by mistake and be caught off guard by the quick revving engine when moving it as you would most cars in a hurried manner. There are always 2 sides to every story. But it is easy to understand how it could happen and Im sure employees are now warned/trained about dealing with certain types of vehicles. Just my 2 cents.

Paid $129 ($159 - $30 coupon) for a Detail #1. Immediately I noticed that the interior of the car was untouched. I live only a mile away from this place and I called Cindi at the front counter. She explained that for the interior to be "detailed" that I would have had to select the Detail #2 option at $220. She did also mention that the "full service wash" (which is included in all detail packages) should have at least "dusted" certain parts of the interior. She offered to let me bring the vehicle back so that they could attempt a 2nd time. Cindi is the only reason this place got 2-stars instead of 1. Okay so how was the quality of product for what IS included in Detail #1? Not great. In the pics below you can see that the wheels were not 100% clean. Still bugs on the exterior side mirror (now waxed over). Windows not 100% clean. Am I being picky? Perhaps. But its called a DETAIL. And its 6x more than what I normally pay for a wash. This place is trying way too hard to up-sell: There is the standard "Interior Dust". Then there is "Interior wipe down" for $25 extra, and then there is "Interior Dress" for an additional $17. If a customer gives you $130; you should just give your customers a clean car. Just about any other place in town gives you a better value than this place.

Brought my car mainly to get vaccumed. Told the guys who were in charge of vacuuming that, got back in my car and they didnt even touch the center consol, still sand everywhere. My seats are still covered in sand(from my camping trip, which is why I wanted it vaccumed). Really disappointed theyll never get my service again. Update* after taking to William, I brought my car back and it was resent through the vacuuming process and re wiped down. The lady at the front apologize and was helping ensure the head of the washing crew made sure it was done right. Although when I got back in my car, still sand in the cup holder that only took me several minutes to clean out (something I PAID to have done)and still very visible spots that should have been wiped down. At this point its extreme laziness and I will still not be going back.

I can only say that no carwash can wash, wax or dry a car as good as someone expects them too. I cant say this carswash is perfect but the employees there are great i lost a valuable ring in my truck so long ago that i forgot and they found it while they were vaccuming and just set it in the cupholder. Those employees have great morals i really appreciate the fact that they didnt just take it home.The exact date and time this took place was july 12 2015 at around 10:50 am, i know this because i took a picture. Service was great, the cashier was friendly and so were the employees that day. I cant say my truck came out completely dry but i can say that at no carwash they come out perfect. I recommend this carwash to anyone who who wants their carwashed and cleaned good by trusted people.

I can tell you based on experience that yuba city car wash is the best car wash because I have worked for every carwash in yuba city. I worked at raintree and highway99. While any car wash can wash your car yuba city car wash takes pride in serving there customers with not only the best possible service but in making sure you will want to return and tell all your friends. If there is ever a problem the employee will do there best to fix it or get the manager bruce who will do his best to keep his customers satisfied. We offer military discounts and senior discounts ; ) you will recieve a free car wash with a purchase of a oil change. I encourage everyone to come to yuba city car wash and try us for yourself ; )

Went here today, no cars in line, no greetings from any employees. Finally I signaled an employee after seeing one. I had called earlier to get info on hand car washes, after the employee talked to the "manager", I was told to leave and come back later. Absolutely dismal service here, save your money or go somewhere else. Hwy99 car wash will come through for me today. In this economy, businesses should be doing all they can to keep customers, when talking to the manager Bruce, his attitude was nonchalante and non inquisitive. I will take my business elsewhere.

Machine does its work, people dont. If you pay $27 for a carwash youd expect for the car to at least get a wipe down to get dust off the dashbaord there was a wipedown but still dust. Also if your going to clean the rim covers make sure they are clean. I usually wash and clean my own car, now I remember why. Im not too picky but I know when people are just being lazy and not paying attention. When I see someone do good work I tip. Not this time. A little more effort an easy 3 stars. Hustle a bit and this place can be 4 or 5 star place.

After paying about $25, my car came out with dirt, bird droppings and other debris still intact. The wheels were also very dirty. After mentioning this to the manager, one of the car wash employees said it was brake dust and would be very difficult to remove from the wheels. I reached down and wiped it clean with one finger. So basically, the employees didnt bother to clean the wheels even though it was included in the wash I chose. I will not be returning.

Bad experience my husband brought our truck for a wash and they ended up taking off the gun sprayer the paint and it was not clean good at all. The worst thing is the paint they ruined it. And we paid for the 55 dollar detail wash so not worth what I paid. Especially for the BIG damaged done to my truck.
