Not once have I been happy with the quality of the cleaning. Today after having to wait over 10 min. to be helped I watched a lady pull in and get attended to immediately. To give an idea of what happened: there are 3 lines to pull into and drop off your car. Lets call the lane nearest the street lane #1 and #3 nearest the car wash building. I pulled in right behind a truck that pulled into lane #1 and I into lane 3. This made for 3 cars in each lane as there was already a 3rd car in lane 2. Next thing to happen is front car in lane 2 is moved then the front car in lane one. Sometime during this a truck pulled in behind me. A few minutes later the person in the truck got impatient and left. About this time woman pulled into lane 2. Mins. later the next car in lane 1 is moved and the truck I pulled in with is now 1st in that lane and I am still 3rd in my lane. A woman proceeds to pull into the #1 lane making her 2nd in line. The person taking your order and vacuuming watches her pull in and walks straight up to her and helps her. He then moves the next car out of lane 2 which puts the woman who pulled in around 10 mins. after I did in the 2nd position in lane 2. You guessed it, he comes back and helps her. So now 2 people who showed up well after I did have been help and I am still sitting in the HOT sun. I had already gotten out of the car, standing right next to drivers door. When he finally get the vehicles in front of me moved up he comes to the back of the now first car in lane 3 and ask me to pull forward. I say no you can help me here and the employee proceeds to yell at me. I give in and pull the car up. Employee is yelling at me about how he hates his job and ask me if I want to do it. I said I would but got no response. This is also the second time I asked for NO tire dressing yet it was put on. Car still dirty as always. Bought the package wash so will finish that out then will NEVER go BACK!!!!!

This was my first visit. I have used a similar service in another town with consistency, so my review will be based on a comparison to the other business. There was no waiting when I arrived, so I pulled right into the vacuuming station. The guy gave me a quick rundown of the services and steps and sent me inside to pay. I entered the building, built alongside the automated washing station with viewing windows. There were bathrooms available for men and women, but the place had a gungy, run down, almost clean feel; decorations were sparse, the floor and windows were wiped off, but not clean and there was more space than was utilized, so it left me with a nearly abandoned feel. The clerk inside was distracted and did not seem to want to engage at all. After I paid, I went out to see where in the process my car was. I saw the first guy just starting the vacuum - I expected he would have been closer to finishing than starting. Outside there were several employees at the "drying" station that appeared to be the end of the process. Even though there seemed to be an ample number of dryers, no one moved with any urgency. The atmosphere of the place was depressing - no smiles, no greetings, no banter or chatter. I gave 3 stars because my car was cleaned and vacuumed well, but the wait was 30 minutes. The other business I mentioned would have been done with my car in half the time at the same level of competence in a more enjoyable place. They are competent, but gungy and not service oriented toward the clients.

I was the only one there when I arrived, so I assumed it would not take very long. I was wrong. The staff was friendly, but my car was not very clean. They spent quite a while longer than I would have hoped, so I expected everything to look great. The back of the car still had some dirt and leaves on it, the center console/cup holders had a lot of sticky/dirty stuff still on it, and the driver seat was very wet when I sat down, causing my arms and shorts to get wet. I paid for the second most expensive wash, and received lower quality workmanship than the cheapest full service car was at Highway 99 Car Wash, which was sadly closed today, being the only reason I went to Raintree.

I will never go to Rain Tree car wash in Yuba City again. I will also tell everyone I know they should not go either. I brought my new car in for a wash and they let some new person drive my car into the car wash and he missed the tire guide and he went up and over the the guide and then backed up over it again and scratched up my custom rim. The owner said they could not prove that it didnt happen there, yet there is video of the incident. I will never go to a car wash where someone else drives my car. I highly recommend Hwy 70/20 car wash in Marysville.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Every time I have gone there is find something wrong with the service. I went their one more time and came out with a cracked windshield and of course its not their fault. Never had a chip in my window before I came here. When cleaning my car they dont clean everything, my rear window has got streaks all over it. I hated even giving them one star. If you dont care about your car and quality of work this is the place for you.

Car was in and out with quickness. Ive been going to another car wash for quite awhile now and went back here after many years. Going to go here from now on. Despite being packed my car was in and out within 20 minutes. Other car washes seem to get confused and Ive ended up waiting 45 minutes while watching cars that came in well after me drive off the lot.

Dont waste your time and money trust me my car was still dirty from inside and was pushed to the side everyone after me was leaving before me when I kept waiting for mine to be done and for what when it still wasnt clean from the inside or vacuumed great. No stars if I could rate this. Very upset.

I have come here several times and every time they miss something and Ive had to ask them to fix it or do it again. The last two times today being one of them my car was in the vacuum stall for over an hour. If there was a different full service car wash around here I would use it.

VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!! I took my. Brand new truck in and my navigation chip was stolen. All the manager could tell me is that hes positive his employees didnt do it. Pretty amazing that hes calling me a liar. Im sure I know where my truck is at all times.

I gave it only one star because the Roseville location is now closed now. I used to like going there, but I finally purchased a multi carwash card, and now they are closed. Instead of a cheaper $10 car wash, they got away with $30 and no wash. Very Frustrated.
