I was terribly disappointed in Fairway Car Wash when I went to use my Groupon. I pulled up to the car wash and told the gentleman (last name Yantos) and said I want to redeem the $19.99 car wash with my groupon. He tried to upsale me on numerous other items and I specifically said that I was on my lunch break and didnt have time to add anything. He gave me my car wash tag. When i got to the register to pay for the car wash the cashier informed me that I was getting the $16.99 car wash. I said "NO!" I have the groupon for the $19.99 car wash. The cashier said oh I see what the guy did outside who wrote your ticket he rung me up for a cheaper car wash ($16.99) and applied the remaining $3.99 as a tip to himself. Thank goodness for the cashier for catching the jerk that thought he could pocket a tip for himself for just keying in my car wash upon driving in...that jerk doesnt even wash or vacuum the cars. So I didnt up getting the carwash I had pruchased, or so I thought....the car was dried and clean as it should be, but I didnt expect to get into my car and see that every seat (front, middle, and back) were all adjusted to wasky angles, floor mats were put back the wrong direction and my radio stations reprogrammed to Spanish stations! What kind of place hires staff that think they have the right re-program their customers car to their liking when all they are doing is pulling a car into a garage and out which includes a total driving distance of less then a 10th of a mile!!!! Totually uncalled for in my option and of course I had already given the guy who dried my car my tip!!!! Needless to say, I have left this same nastly review of Yelp and Google as well to prevent ANYONE from having the same unfortunate experience! I left very mad and frustrated beyond belief and the issue was never resolved. I would highly recommend that people be cauious before paying for your car wash to make sure you are getting what you ordered. Unfortunately, I have been to this car wash before and never had the such and aweful experience until last week.

I have been decently happy with my experiences here, even though you can expect a few irritating things if you have an unlimited car wash package as I do: 1. If you care about a perfect paint finish, thisisnt touchless, so over time this will leave your car with all the billions of swirly scratches, and will need to be buffed out every once in a while. 2. If you pay for the premium wash package, they will still give you the basic wash about 50% of the time. Ive complained about it and it still has continued to happen. I am going to lower my plan to the basic, since its just not worth it to pay for premium and not get it all the time. 3. The rinse doesnt really work very well and leaves a good amount of suds on the car, even after the blow dryer half-dries your car. For me, I always carry some rags to wipe the rest of the suds and dry it off. Otherwise it will be fairly streaky. I tried using their free towel dry service that comes with it, but you usually have to wait and they rush through it not doing much good. 4. Once you get to the vacuums, usually half of them have almost no suction, so park between two and most of the time one of them is working right. With all this said, I will stick with them merely because it is the most convenient location for me. Im looking forward to Quick Quack opening in Rocklin, as they have better washes in my experience, and better pricing, particularly now that Fairway increased the prices.

Will never go to Fairway Car Wah again!!! I go to pull out of the carwash and noticed my windsheild had a dirty film, I coulnd barely see out of it. I quickly turned back into the carwash and they told me they saw it but couldnt get it off and had not idea what it was! First, why didnt you say anything to me when you turned the car over to me? THEN, they had me pull over to the side, they use some wax apparently to get it off, still no budge, all this time he stated he had No idead what it was and that my car was like that before I got there. Then after about 10 mins, out of the blue said, "Oh well thats from the rain staying on your windsheild too long and we have hade lots of people come in for us to remove that, it cost $20 extra". BS, I drive my car everyday, Id notice a nasty film on the windshield! I was not having that! First you have no idea what it is and all the sudden now you know and it cost an extra 20 bucks to remove it!!! They eventually removed the dirty, blurry film from my windshield which took about 2 mins, but reminded me several times that they normally make people pay extra. Also, paid extra to have tires and rims cleaned and they werent! Then the inside was still dusty and barely wiped down! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Went in there requesting their Hand Wax service for $69.99, which according to their website and in-store flyer "removes light to medium oxidation." I have light oxidation on my hood and trunk, but I figured before I purchase anything I will ask if they will be able to remove it. The boy at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about, so he went to ask someone and came back saying that none of their services remove oxidation. I pointed to him the service where it says: "Includes our premium wash, plus, hand wax... An effective one-step paint surface cleaner. Removes light to medium oxidation and produces a lasting mirror-like shine" upon which he said he doesnt know why it says that. On my way out, I talked to a guy in a red uniform who seemed to be more informed, but insisted that I must have misread the flyer and that their services did not remove oxidation. Again, I had him read their flyer after which he said he had no idea why they would put that on there.... Anyway, I do appreciate the honesty that they will not be able to remove the light oxidation on my car, however, this is false advertising which wasted my time and should be removed from their website and all flyer material.

First off I pulled up where to buy best wash you can get here and they gave me a coupon for the rest of my change pass because it said it didnt have anymore left ridiculous then I pull up and the people to men speak no English and their whistling and yelling at me in Spanish mind you I speak very little Spanish I asked about a how this works and this is my first time and he just tells me to roll up my window and put my car in neutral in very broken English this place is and okay wash but very rude customer service and dont put your money in the machine with cash and expect to get your own change back it wont give it to you it gave me a coupon to use another time I would never use it again I would never come back here again I threw it on the ground this place is Despicable how sad I thought I found some place that I could go to when Im here in this area of California never again Ill find a better place. Super disappointed!! Extremely employees. If you want to be disrespected go to this car wash good luck folks✌☺
