Of all the Quick Quack locations in the Sacramento Area, and yes I do travel about and have tried them all depending on where I am, this Roseville location is the best. The staff is dedicated to making the most of your experience here. Everyone has such energy and seem to enjoy working here. Yes I have been here when the track or one of the machines stop working, and the staff always handles the situation precisely without stress, even if that is just letting us know that the wait could be a while or asking if we might come back another time, they handle the situation well under pressure lol. Needless to say, I love coming here, in fact im heading over there right now before a trip XD keep up the good work Roseville QQ

Not sure why people have to leave a 1 star review on a business because of mechanical issues. Do you really think they like it when things break & they cant make $$ & serve you?? Ive been here 3-4 times, fortunately Ive never had an issue but even if I did its a car wash that was unable to wash my car not a life threatening event. Stop with the power trips & try using some compassion. After all by leaving a 1 star review what you are actually saying is that whatever experience happened to you it was the very worst & deserves a 1 star. Did they ask you to roll down your window & urinate all over you? No? Because that would definitely be a 1 star event to write about !!

How do I even start to explain how amazing Quick Quack is and what I like the most.. The young staff really work hard and act like theyve been doing it for decades. It shows that they really care about their jobs and the costumers, and it shows in how efficient each staff member works as a collective team. Together they run the business flawlessly!!

Best car wash ever! I had taken my dirty truck to a bunch of places...gas station car washes, another car wash only place too, and results were always disappointing. Thought Id give QQ a try and my truck actually got cleaned. Already recommended to a friend...he went the same day and same results, great job. I doubt Ill go anywhere else again.

I little pricey for an exterior wash, but the wash is definitely better than most gas stations. Conveniently located and the staff I always friendly. Recommended for exterior washes, but if you want a full inside and out wash, check out the place across the street. They usually have deals on Groupon.

Have the highest membership and almost every single time, different parts are working. Either the tire shine, the wax, or something else was off. Also leaves scratches/scuff marks almost every time. Its like they dont soap it enough in the beginning before the brushes make contact.

Pretty economical for someone who get car washes on a regular schedule though one of my vehicles is a jeep wrangler (which I do not use for off roading so its not excessively dirty) and it is never able to clean the area around the wheels or the rock slider bars.

The highest price car wash does a terrible job cleaning and drying! Every time I go, I end up having to finish washing and drying my own car. I told them about the problem and they refuse to fix it! Im done going here!

Something was wrong with the car wash part of the place because there was a huge line. After a few minutes a girl came out and said it was broken and would take a few hours until they were able to return to business.

Love this plaaaaaaace. Only reason im not giving the full 5 stars is because the parking for the vaccums is tricky and teeny-tiny. Other than that, i love it! Cheap, fast, friendly, effective, and free vaccum. :)

They have some of the best car wash service around. This one is usually pretty busy when I go tho. Still I noticed most people just wash and go. The vacuums are mostly unused when I go.

Not too bad but did not clean our vehicles as well as other washes. Soap residue was left over along the rear of both cars. Side mirrors still had visible signs of dirt in them.
