I got a membership months ago with a brand new car and it was put under a VIN number. Then I got my plates. Naturally, I called corporate to add it to my account to make it easier for check in. Unfortunately, it made it a hassle. Hours of being on hold and then being hung up on. No response to voicemails. And finally got a response via email. They said Im good to go and should call from the car wash if I have a problem. And I did. The fellas working tonight did everything they could to help me remedy the mess that corporate made. They are out there working in freezing temperatures and still were very helpful and kind while trying to assist me. We called corporate, multiple times, and they tried to find everything in the computer system and help me fix it. They werent able to fix it, but the fact that they did everything they could within their means was a testament to the service I received. Next time I drive through, Im bringing you guys some hot cocoa or coffee! Keep up the good work and stay warm :)

NOT about the car wash - about the incompetent Claim process when they damage your vehicle... Im guessing its intentional - were I an investor Id Sell Short!!! I can only tell you that between 3/14 & 5/18 there have been 45 claims filed at ONLY the Bicentennial Circle location in Sacramento. How many have been paid? If MY experience (with no obstacles/issues) is de rigueur that would be ZERO: 10 1/2 weeks and counting... Need I say more??? (To be fair, the [manager?] Wayne has been understanding, helpful, and is just as baffled as I am.) Update: SO, just had a call from Mitch who IS the manager: apparently there was a mix-up due to another Subaru owner filing a claim for a damaged mirror, they THOUGHT it was my wife (same claim) and after that - SNAFU... My check will supposedly go in the mail on Thursday... Ill update this when I HAVE it!

So I wanted to inquire about getting an unlimited membership with this carwash. I went to this location to sign up, however this location did not have a credit card swiping machine for me to do so. Instead the person working the line told me she could send through for free so i could try out the was i wanted to get my membership for. The wash itself was great(I would suggest bringing your own towel as the blower isnt that great), the person helping me was amazing (as i didnt get charged for my first wash and she was so nice), so I went home and signed up for unlimited wash online. Ill only be going to this location. Thanks for the amazing customer service yesterday afternoon around 3 pm! I hope to see this attendant again at your location to tell her thank you and give her a tip.

This place is extremely dishonest! We purchased a 30 day car wash coupon in October of 2015. Since then, they automatically have been charging my credit card every month for $24.99! Be careful of their fine print. These people are not honest! Check your credit card statements! I contacted the merchant and was credited for 5 months of unauthorized charges for a total of $124.95. Their explanation was that I probably asked for the $24.95 car wash and they assumed that I wanted to have this monthly ???!! Go figure!

I drive a black mustang. I brought it here to use 1 of 2 free car wash coupons that I received at work. I was talked into upgrading to the top line car wash instead. So I went with that. The machine missed the entire top and back end of my car. Which is sort of a blessing in disguise because the machine left thousands of micro scratches all over the rest of it. The other free coupon is going in the trash, and I will be getting my money back.

Started coming here because the one on arden made my car look like it hadnt been washed in a month. Today the same thing happened here :( arden is way worse tho. Edit: corporate contacted me immediately and did all they could to rectify this. I dont come to this one as often now that they have been a bit better on arden. Still happens occasionally. Wish i knew what caused it

Be careful if you go to this car washes my brother in law got hit by the car infront of him inside the car wash, and I was also about to hit a car behind me. When I was almost going out the band that pulls the cars push me back several times and almost hit the car. So be careful if you love your car I recommend you to go somewhere else.

Love this place. I like to keep my car clean and this is a great way to do it. I have there most expensive unlimited plan which is about 30 dollars a month. I take my car around twice a week the plan pays for itself after the first week. Great customer service. Leaves my car looking brand new in about 2 minutes!

Loved this car wash. Allison was super nice and had a good attitude at 8:30 in the morning. Sometimes thats all it takes to get my business. I also liked that this car wash had people running it. It gave it a more personal experience. It was also fast from start to finish. Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff and this kind of car wash is good for the environment. Usually does a pretty good job but once in a while you have to run through a 2nd time if your car is really gunky. Theyve always let me do a second pass through for free though! Vacuums at the end of the wash are free too.

While sitting in your car while it goes through, pretty colors of soap are sprayed on your car. Very pretty. Then you can vacuum the inside of your car. I have a monthly membership. You can wash and vacuum your car any time you want to. The staff are nice and friendly too.

Terrible service and place to take your car if u care about scrateches or water damage... I told the manager and showed proof pf my car not having a scratch and got told it was impossible and that they would giv me a call to settle ..its been a week still waiting

The best place ever! This location has the best vacuums so I like going to this Quick Quack! It can get crowded so I have to wait sometimes but the vacuums make it worth it and the service is always friendly!

I love that you get a free wash if you arent satisfied with how clean your car is. Unlimited club is SO worth it. Also, they have free vacuums for everyone!
