Been here numerous times usually its good UNTIL tonight 5/27/17 I arrived at about 853 pm they close at 9. As I pull in the girl says hey just in time with an awesome attitude! She takes my money and I drive through the wash and then drive up the the vacuum bay which shuts off right in front of me ! I find a staff member and explain what happen and she says sorry we are closed to which I reply hey I paid full price and she says sorry again ! At this time another staff member approached a short heavy white female with a bad attitude and no customer service skills at all ! I now explain to her I paid full price just got here and the vac shuts off on me , to which she says and I quote " WELL WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU GET HERE AT NEARLY CLOSING " I say I paid full price and EXPECT access to all services anyone else who pays full price recieves ! To which she shrugs her shoulders and walks off . I have never been so pissed off ! I wont be back here ever again.

I used their car wash and it broke my passenger windshield wiper arm. I was given a claims ticket and was told they would contact me shortly. I waited for months and nothing ever came through so I gave the number on the claim ticket a call. The girl said the regional manager would contact me and its been a few months and I never got a callback. This business is not one that you want to deal with issues with. I guess the management could care less about working things out. Update 1.25.17 Management contacted me and after a lengthy process they paid for the broken windshield wiper arm. Thanks!

Quick and easy car wash. Cleaned vehicle very well when they had they grand opening but took my vehicle 2 days ago and the car was still dirty. Also noticed (fresh)new scratches on rear and side panels everytime I leave the last few weeks. Im sad to see this place diminish in quality but some one needs to do something about a few of these issues that will arise to bigger situations. Customer service is always friendly and over worked. Sometimes theres only 1 employee visible due to them running around to different stations. Vaccum stalls are always full so have patience.

First days when I got membership with this location I was getting good service first couple of times but now a days when I go there I let them know that I am a member and I am paying for to get the tire shine and all that but still they will pass it through with no shine just the regular wash. And I did bring this issue up to there staff and I did call the main office and told them that issue but nothing worked so far and all they say is ok but its not ok and I am not getting what I am paying for , so disappointed

I used to go to Bubbas car wash but they close at 8.....so I started going to quick quack the staff at this location is awesome. The first time I went the female associate was super nice and polite if I had cash I would have definitely tipped her. The second time I came I delt with Keenan and he was just as friendly.... Usually I see no smiles but they look like they really enjoy working here......bring a towel to finish the drying is the only bad part about drive thru car washes

Im a member for couple of months now and I bought the protect wash for my both cars. I did like the protect wash but its been couple of times that I just get the basic wash instead of protect. I told them about and they are telling me to let them know next time. Im tired of telling them every single time I need a car wash. They should know which car wash were paying. I called the customer service and the person who answered my phone was rude.

Wanted to buy a shirt hanging in there window told me they only had one of the two shirts they had hanging it was the duck so I bought 2 a small and a 2x with credit card they bring it to me I continue through the wash I look at the shirt on the bottom it is the one they told me they did not have returned it they did not know how to gave me cash back they were both on thar phones when I went to them worst service ever

I just bought a car and wanted to get the"WORKS" for the wash so I paid for the best wash they do....for an entire month. The first five or so washes thats what I got....the best wash they give. Until today. I noticed as my car entered the wash I was getting the, "basic" wash. Im hoping this was just a small oversight on their part. As it is though I drove away with spots on my car, and dull looking wheels.

For a quick mechanical wash its nice when you dont have time or arent able to wash your car yourself. Customer service is fair to poor. The quick quack duck only seems to be out for grand openings. The World needs more "hapoy" moments. Overall its convenient and there is a monthly plan if you feel you need multiple car washes within the month, that will $ave you money!

Really nothing negative to say about this place. I got a free car wash and it was great. Their vacuuming stations are great and super easy to use. I find their entire style very charming and amusing, like the fact that they sell ties and such. Great staff and environment. Not entirely sure what is up with the creepy mannequin in the bathroom though...

My goto Car Salon. Shines up my car and wheels. Convienent and love the unlimited, carwash payment pkgs. Self serve, super, sucker, vacuums. Staff are awesome and welcoming! Ty! I am always adding or removing cars and never have a problem with customer service. Plus your just around the corner from me! 5 Stars!

Tried getting a wash. It was like mass chaos. 8 cars, no one seemed to know where to line up, cars just driving in and trying to cut in front of the other 8 already there. Yet 2 other lanes that were blocked off. Like a Walmart or something. Thats the first and only car wash that Ive ever actually backed out of

Very good customer service. Ive had to speak with the manager regarding gift certificates not being delivered and he was accommodating and gave me what he had in his office. Also had locked my keys/cellphone in my car there accidently and the staff allowed me to their personal cellphone to call for help.

The worst quick quack I went to. Went in on day 2 of there opening and wTer spots galore with a added light scratch to a vehicle we just bought. Will never return unless I have a old vehicle. I will stick to my 1 gallon hand wash or a touchless wash.

I went there once and my car got damage due the equipment they have washing the cars. I m pissed. The worker said the manager going call me this Tuesday to work something out never get a call back. I dont recommend anyone there.
