Worst quick quack in the area. Always excessive wait times because of new employees. Im a driver and I just wanted while a employee took literally 5 min and jumped in the back of a pickup that had items in the back. Instead of making them get out of line and take the things out, she handed the items one by one to the driver while 6 cars waited. Now the car wash is disabled and Im stuck right at the end. 3 min carwash pfft. Never. 17 min into this visit currently. AVOID

I pay for the 12.99 service, this is the 2nd time they DIDNT GIVE ME TIRE SHONE SO that must mean I am actually getting the 9.99 Service, when I asked the man the reasons this has happened 2X he laughed and expected me to just say oh ok and leave. I feel the service is a joke and I will definitely NEVER GO BACK! !

A great place for a carwash. If its not clean you can rewash until it is. I love having my car washed here its easy & convient. Never super crowded, clean facility & adjacent parking lot, free vaccums & a complimentary dashboard wipe. The price is also resonable.

This location seems different with no roof over the carwash. Yet it seemed to do a better job. Quick Quack makes up for so so quality with a low price monthly subscription and many locations around Sacramento. Carry a towel to finish the job.

Unless Basic Car Wash means entire back of your car is not going to get washed, there is something wrong with their car wash. My car is small size sedan and on two different occasions entire back of the car didnt get washed at all.

I love Quick Quack. And our experience has always been great. They even offer dog treats which my pups loved so I guess my dogs love Quick Quack to. Now if I could just get it got Ducks shirt that would be great
