In the past Id mostly been annoyed with the slow service. Today it was an hour again, and as soon as I was driving into the sun I saw the inside windshield was not cleaned at all. The topper this time, and the reason I will never be back again, was to find out hours later when I went to get quarters for a parking meter only to find theyd stolen most of the change. It would be bad enough if the thief had just emptied out the drawer, but no, only the silver was taken, leaving the pennies behind. This means the thief was comfortable enough to sort through all my change and take everything besides the pennies. When I got in the car there were two pennies in the middle of the drivers floor mat, my thought was that they were making sure not to touch them. Rather they just were leaving me the crumbs. I guess it takes an hour since the thief is slow at sorting change. Ill be driving to Morgan Hill for a car wash now.

Looks like I am not the only one with problems at this car wash place. Look I just got a 2 thousand dollar paint job and decided to give this place a try. Not only did they put a bunch of scratches but they missed a spot. You could tell there was still dirt that was not wiped. I think the jerk is the owner but he didnt want to fix the problem. How hard is it rewash a tiny little section of a car. He made a fuss bout it and said it was from me parking it somewhere else. The funny thing is, I live in a house with a three car garage. How stupid would I be to park my car with a brand new paint job outside. I would like to just warn you bout washing your car here. If you like scratches on your car go ahead and go there. Dont say I didnt warn you

NEVER, I repeat, NEVER coming here again. EVER. Over an hour for a car wash? At 10:00 AM on a Tuesday? You gotta be freakin kidding me! Standing there with my tired four-year-old while the guy wandered around the car at such a slow pace I would swear he was stoned. Then I watched as every car that came in after me was finished before mine. No sense of urgency by any of the staff. No attention to detail, either. The exterior was clean but the interior was far from it. I was so mad by the time the kid finally called "Done," that I just grabbed the keys from him and hauled a** out of there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS.

This car wash is absolutely horrible. Im from Gilroy and I will never ever come here again. If you have a piece of junk car and want a quick wash off then this is the place for you. If you have a nice car that you want taken care of then stay far away from this place. Also get the basic $17 wash because the $31 is absolute BS! I just receive my car back and it was watered down with a wipe off. This place is horrible! BE AWARE!!!!

This Carwash is a Joke, stood there at vacuums waiting for some one to write me a ticket and receive my vehicle. One guy looked at me and said wait a minute while looking at pictures on a friends cell phone. He Never showed up so I went inside & owner left cash register & came and wrote ticket. Shady employees please lock your valuables especially your cell phone chargers. Terrible wash & Vacum. Will never return

Came here before and had experience I always give everyone a second chance. That was a mistake. My truck was still dirty and wanted a re wash owner said no after I paid 28 dollars for what. Then the owner called me the f word and said that white people dont belong in gilroy. This guy is the biggest a hole I have ever met. I would tell everyone here do not wast you money or time coming here.

Dont take your expensive car to these Village carwash idots they damaged my Mercedes S class door and rearview mirrow and would not pay for the damage can you imagine how much it cost to pay to have a mercedes S class fixed? Big bucks and they will not pay for the damage. So if you want your expensive car damaged take it to them if not do Not take it to them. Erick

I took my Step Fathers SUV to the carwash after a camping trip. When they brought it out and opened the back door, the rear spoiler/brake light snapped off right in front of my eyes. After a lot of discussion, they said they would not pay for it and that it was my fault! $500 to fix. The owner wouldnt even talk to me. Boo!

Looks like they wiped my windshield and back window with damn grease!!!! How you going to wash a car for an hour and have it look worse than it did before you touched it?!! I recommend you wash your own car before you think of going here!! Thanks for the not so ULTRA DELUXE!! Never again 1st and last time. Lesson learned!

This place is ridiculous! Counter guy a Jerk! Guys drying the cars slow as molasses And if been here 45 min and my car is,still sitting in the bay! They need more help and pick up the speed. Never coming back and you shouldnt either!

I agreee with all of you that had a bad experience with this car wash place, my car came out and the trunk was open all my important things in the back got wet and no apology from the owner. This car wash should get closed up.

This has been the absoutly the best car wash i have ever been to. They cleaned my car very fast and it was spotless and the owner was very nice. I dont understand these 1 star reviews i would definatley recomend this car wash.

Decent job cleaning the car. They do not listen to what you want. I tried to ask about things on the menu board, but they did not want to explain or even let me pay for high end services. Just pay for the wash and get out.

Siesta is all I can say .Instead of working the staff is talking to each other in front of customers. An hour and 15 minutes later my car was done. Not sure how they can stay in business at 4 cars an hour.

Not a quality job. Not well managed. You get the same result from going to express wash. Why cant Gilroy or Morgan Hill get a car wash that actually does a quality job.
