I went to this car wash branch and got platinum car wash package. When the car wash was completed I noticed a HUGE CRACK ACROSS MY FRONT WINDSHIELD!!! I immediately reported this damage to an attendant and asked to speak to a manager. The attendant called over another attendant who drove my car into the car wash as a witness. He stated he did not see any cracks on the car when he drove it in. The manager, DeLair, ignores the witness statement and printed out a google answer page claiming that my car had a stone chip that cracked in the car wash due to thermal breakage. He had the nerve to imply that the damage was there before the car wash even started. DeLair then talked to the attendant and he changed his statement to say that the car had a stone chip when he drove it in. If my windshield had a chip why was I not warned of the potential thermal damage then? They refused to repair any damages and I didnt even get a refund for my car wash. They need to repair the windshield to the condition it was in before it was taken in possession to wash it. I wasnt even offered a customers claim form until I Demanded it! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH PLACE!!!!!

The staff is friendly. They have a nice waiting area. Prices are fair. The actual cleaning of the car however, can be sloppy. Last time I went someone left a cleaning rag on the rear passenger seat. The dashboard was a hit and miss since they complerely missed wiping the area on the driver side. I usually dont pay much attention to detail but the mistakes were too obvious. Oh yeah, I paid for piña colada fragrance but didnt get anything. Too bad i did not notice until I was on the road. Did I mention it was not even busy at the time I went??

If you are paying VIP membership at 69.99 a month you should get VIP treatment if there is a long line there should be a way too get the people that pay the full VIP membership VIP treatment and get too the front of the line u should not treat your VIP members bad are u should not treat your VIP members the same way you treat a non VIP member there should be a VIP line are something too that nature like they do at every business this makes most VIP customers want too cancel there membership

Bad car wash I paid full detail for my brand new M3 dripping water, very small scratch in hood with their old cloths also leather not clean properly.I handle the receipt and they waited for me to give tips nooo way Jose Im not tipping anyone after this I complain they said came back tomorrow we are very busy. What? I have no time to came back?? do so.... I came back day after that they said you dont have no receipt so we cant do anything so F.... Angry. NOT RECOMENDED RUDE PEOPLE.

I paid full price for a car wash and they did a sloppy job. Some water-dripping marks on the outside and too many streaks on the windshields on the inside. They also only spot-clean the floor and seats and there were little pieces of paper on the floor. This type of service deserves one star or less. Not recommending to anyone.

They do the job. Occasionally will discover missed spots, but hey, it aint brand new anymore. Nonetheless, just point it out and theyll take care of it. Grab a free cup of coffee while you wait. Its connected to a Chevron. Fill up before and get a $3 discount off the wash. Dont forget to tip.

I paid good money for my car wash and my interior look like they didnt even touch it. My windows still had streaks of dirt. And the exterior was semi ok but my rims had spots of brake dust looks like they cleaned it with their eyes close or didnt even touch them at all.

I will NEVER come back to this car wash again. The wash was horrible and on top of that they put a huge tear in my floor with their vaccum and the manager was absolutely unprofessional about it arguing back to me. Go to Touchless youll be glad you did TRUST Me.

Yes, its not perfect: sometimes bugs are left on the front. For the roughly $40, theyll correct any things that were missed in the wash. The staff is friendly. If you want perfection, go drop $350 on an auto detail.
