The oil change service is great and the self service Carwash is great. What isnt great is their supposedly hand carwash service. I paid for the basic car wash which includes vacuuming and standard wipe down. But what ended up happening is, they washed it down but the wipe down was messy. Left streaks on the window glass. The vacuum was pointless. They basically just ran the hose in the car and hoped it sucked the dirt on its own. It was filthy. Not to mention, they skipped the trunk in being vacuumed. For the price you pay, you should at least get 70% of the dirt off from the interior. But no, theres still paper and small dirt on the carpet from people leaving their foot marks. Whats the point of paying 29.99 if all you get is 5 minute wash down and a lame vacuuming service that only clean 70% of the dirt in your car. Not to mention, they used smelly rags to wipe you windows that make it smell worse than what it was when you first walked in. The service is fast, expensive, but the quality you pay for is not worth it. Go somewhere else where you get your moneys worth. That or wash it yourself and youll save more than basic carwash and the car will look and feel cleaner. This place over charges for their sloppy job.

I have a full size pick-up that was admittedly filthy. I knew it needed special attention so I paid a $80 for a HAND wash. They took it to the self serve bay, sprayed it and washed it haphazardly with the brush (which I did NOT want, hence the HAND wash) and it is awful. I get home and run my finger over the wheel well, filthy, and there are even still cobwebs in the passenger side door mirror. The dash is also still covered in dust, the tires and trim look awful. I have not been able to wash it myself and I certainly expected a LOT more for $80. Very unhappy. This was at the Fairfield location, not the Valle Vista one.

Lousy. The menu is deceiving as the high dollar "complete" washes are prominently displayed on the right as you drive in but if you want outside only theres a MUCH smaller menu on the left behind the attendants shack. Id been there a few times and was never told about them. When I did purchase one they did a terrible job. I hardly worth even driving over there for. On top of that they would not dry off the car hence I ended up with water spots on top of all the bugs that never came off in their wash tunnel. Even when I got the "full" exterior and interior treatment it was mediocre at best.

First time getting an oil change from 7 flags. I typically go to the competition, but today I needed a car wash and a oil change. First, the guys were VERY professional, "Frankie" was the man who assisted me. He walked me through each step while he was working and I was out within 10 minutes. EXCELLENT service, unfortantley when it was time to get my car wash it was closed for an unknown reason. But Frankie said my carwash was good for 2 weeks and he even upgraded my full service car wash. This will now be my one stop shop!

The oil change area professional and friendly ... The complete opposite with the car wash area ... They were rude... Unprofessional and laughed at me bc I wasnt sure which lane to go in for the drying ... Sorry it was my first time there n no one gave me simple instructions as what to do ... No one told me oh we will be with you in a moment or anything ... Guess i just take offense to them being rude bc i work in customer service n how they acted wouldnt be acceptable in any job i worked at serving customers

It really is a hit or miss if they do a good job. I have found that if you check your car before leaving and point out any thing, they will take care of it for you. Best place to get an oil change though. Ive never had issues with that. But the best time to go in for a car wash is 8am when they first open. They do the best job then. But the monthly detail inside and out is totally worth the cost. I take my car in almost every day because I drive for uber. The monthly pass pays for its self after two washes.

Very nice facility, many options for taking care of your car. From a simple wash to a inside and out detailing. If you like to wash it yourself, they have self wash,vac dry etc. Need an oil change? They have that too! The drying towels are linty and I often come home and hit the whole car with a micro fibre cloth. If you are not happy with the wash, they will either redo it or touch it up till you are happy. Best spot in town to get a wash!

I got my oil changed here awhile back and i needed the invoice for it. Long story short the wonderful team there helped me out and not only faxed it for me since i didnt have transportation nor a fax machine, but they resent it after i gave them the wrong number. they didnt have to do that at all yet always take time out of there day to give great customer service!!! Best place for a quality car wash with quality people.

I usually just go to vaccum ($1.00)out the car and dip! It gets pretty crowded after the rain. Its hard to get in amd out off its cramped with the main street.. the official car wash and oil changed.. especially if people dont know how to drive or pull up completely. The car wash ($3)it almost charged my card twice for the wash so make sure u check ur statement best to stick to cash or coins.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Frankie was my tech for my oil change, and whoever was under the car doing the dirtier work. Frankie was fantastic! I think there prices are very good. Granted if did it all myself it would be cheaper, but their prices are better than the corporate places around town. I am a super happy customer! I will recommend them and I will be a return customer for sure!

Usually is pretty packed but they do a good job to get you in and out. They offer multiple different options for washinh your vehicle. The owner/manager is pretty anal as hes stopped me from washing my truck twice in the self service wash because he was afraid it was all muddy but it wasnt. They offer a monthly service for a single price which is nice if you wash your vehicle a lot.

I went for a quick oil change and lube on my truck, I was approached quickly and pleasantly, drove in and the biggest was Mitchel who serviced my truck, he was extremely polite, pleasant and professional. he is one great customer service oriented, any business would love to have that same attitude, A+ thank you so much Mitchel. I will definitely go back for future service.

The car I brought in for a "free" oil change and car wash just had its engine blow out only a few weeks later. The Toyota had all regular service and the technician at 7 Flags specifically said that if the check engine light came on it was due to the air filter housing being unsecured due to previously missing bolts. Now the car requires thousands of dollars in repairs.
