I could not believe the horrible experience I just had at the Northgate location. I was approached by an employee who had a really bad attitude from the moment she spoke. She told me in order to use the (free) vacuum I would need to give her 2 dollars and that she would take if off my wash. I told her Im an unlimited wash customer she started raising her voice about how she has been getting yelled at by other customers. I asked her to please lower her voice and she said shes just explaining why theyve been charging 2 dollars and its nothing new. I then asked if I could have her supervisors name and number and she said sure I know my job and I havent done nothing wrong so you can call who you want. As she is saying this to me her assistant manager said mamn go ahead and leave just call the manager. This is not ok Ive been going there since they opened and have never been treated this way. They usually are very kind. I will not be renewing my membership and I will make sure I tell all my family to do the same.

Came by to get my truck washed , got the shine for $12.99 at the end of my wash i walked around and saw that my tires had a strioe of shine and my truck was still soaked causing water spots all over ... spoke with a young fella with an afro who upgraded me to the premium wash that didnt do the three foams or anything special at least the cheaper one had the three colored foams . He walked along side to make sure things worked correctly and my truck has even more water spots and calcium build up it looks like and a shiny stripe around the wheel still so avoid this location . I watched several cars come thru with the same problem but thise people all drive off without double checking . So they were blindly ripped off which doesnt surprise me just look at the area I will not be going back to a quick quack scam wash again . Go use self wash booth it is worth it .

Avoid this location! All of the vacuum parking spots were taken with people not vacuuming their cars. Two cars were blaring rap music at maximum volume. When a spot finally opened, that vacuum didnt work but there was no out of order sign on it. One of the other vacuums didnt have a hose on it. So 3 out of 5 vacuums actually working. I finally was able to get to a spot with a working vacuum. A homeless guy came over and started going through the trash cans. Vacuumed my entire car and left while 3 of the cars that were there before my wash were still there. Perhaps a ten or fifteen minute time limit would be a good idea? Ive been to the Folsom, Citrus Heights, and both Roseville locations. All are better choices than the one on Northgate.

I mean I guess its a quick wash, but like they show add more stuff to dry it better, like I drive a black car and leaving the whole car still wet isnt funny at all ! Like my windshield and windows are new and are limo tinted and like now you can see the drops of water, and even if I HAND dry it the water keeps coming out of everywhere ! The one by Madison does a better job, the vacuums are always free, more space to park your car and the dry motors are more, but they do the job so I think its a 3 out of 5

Not for an SUV. Had plenty of grime on my vehicle by the time I got here from a long road trip. After the wash was done I went back over it and noticed it had missed quite a few spots and the entire back of the vehicle was not cleaned. Guess it is not for anything bigger than a midsized car. I wont be going back to the spot anytime soon.

I am a monthly member and I love the use of the wash, however this particular wash site needs some attn, I believe it was one of the first to open and they have learned from this one, but the vacuums are poor quality when working, the layout of the entire system isnt great. Other Quick Quacks are much nicer than this one.

Every time my family and I come we leave with a well cleaned car were greeted upon arrival excellent customer service thanks to Kayla at this northgate location great young woman well mannered great customers service I will gladly recommend any and everyone to go to the northgate location especially when Kaylas working

My daughter forgot to shut her sun roof in her truck! With 3 kids in the car! PRICELESS. The baby was the only one that didnt get wet! Lol. She was wondering why everyone was screaming and then quickly jumps out the car. I just so happen to jump out to use the restroom b4 they went through.

Unprofessional at best. Knocked off and loss madalion. When asked a second time the operator refused to call the manager and made me waite three days to talk to him again. Then I was rudely esscoted out of the office area. I am not returning and canceling my Splash Card.

The worst car wash ever; I could have washed my car better with a soggy dog, and they sent my car through the cycle with no water and didnt dry it, all assistant manager did about it was told me to go the end of the line and will only give me the basic wash again.

Great place the one time I went, but I was sweating bullets at the vacuum station due to the fact that theres absolutely NO SHADE. So unless you plan on taking a shower, Id vacuum here at night or early morning to beat the heat.

It was alright. Staff is friendly. The rest is terrible. Vacuums are always plugged. Place is pretty dirty a majority the time. Trash everywhere. It usually has a sour smell to it too. I feel bad for the employees.

The staff is nice and appear competent. My problem is that there isnt enough vacuums nor is there an orderly way to wait. The dryers also leave my car really wet. I would not recommend this location.

The most frendly employee a I have seen in ages. Especially at the one on Northgate in sacramentoCA good going management. The other locations should miidel themselves after northgate

Just left here and it sucked. We got pushed though. Paid $16 for a wash that looks like crap. My car is still dirty. Will not be going back unless its free and my car gets cleaned.

Moderate price, free Vacuums, if you get a wash. The employees are usually kind. I like that they have a little display that allows you to buy things for your interior.

Did a pretty good job. There was still a little brake dust on the wheels of my car, but that stuff is hard to get off. Im told Dodge wheels are famous for that anyway.

Vacuum stalls often have trash on the ground. It appears that non car wash customers often pull in and use the vacuums making the rest of us wait unnecessarily.
