Please be careful; for the amount of money I paid for their services, I wish I couldve had it undone and just got my money back. They did a good job vacuuming the interior, but left dirt/dust on the door, console, and dashboard that werent there before. After the hand wax, I noticed three areas that hadnt been buffed out. They were okay about wiping it down again, but after I left, I discovered more. Im very particular about car washes and detailing, and could go on about a number of other shortcomings. I really depend on these written reviews, as Ive never written one before this. However, I was so displeased with their services...well, lets just say I hope you have a better experience than I did.

They just backed a car up to show someone something and trapped my car in the wash. I had to tell them to hurry up and they laughed and smiled. Not to mention I paid more but got moved to the back of the line while they moved the quick washes through. Been here an hour and it sucks. No more.

Worst experience with a car wash and customer service ever. Never going back. Car still had bird poop and smudges on windows, doors and center console werent even vacuumed out... and the cover to my charger was broken. Was offered a sketchy fix and no contact info for the owner when I asked.

Only been here once but will be coming again. Car was in bad need of a good detail and I was not disappointed. My other car pretty roughed up, Ill be bringing it by to see if the magic works on that one too. Staff is really friendly. Not super talkative, but hey not all of us are.

Hi all. I was told that car will be cleaned inside and outside->vacuumed, interior wiped, rims cleaned... well, interior was pretty much as dirty as it was originally, rims had a lot of brake dust still on. Car was at facility for at least 30 min. I will NOT be going there again.

Im pretty protective of my car and have been to several different washes around town. Ive found this one to be the best and the staff is really quite helpful. I opted for the monthly monthly package because of how much I wash my car due to the trees. I would recommend this spot.

Came for the first time and GOD knows Ill never come back!!! Very rude, pushy, dirty. Guy got into car after vacuum and sped away like he was speed racer. I complained about it but didnt do anything. I will tell people to NOT COME HERE!!! Not for the prices they charge!!

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING I did a recent review on yelp and I couldnt believe the level of work these guys do. My car looks BRAND new everytime I come here and I love it. I seriously mean that I am a customer for life.

They do a good job but the price is a bit much for the most basic wash. Wish they had air guns to blow water off places the rags cant get to. Much better car washes but Sacramento has very few choices.

The only thing that concerns me is that I think the workers in the front should get the tips instead of putting in the tip box because I feel more comfortable giving it to them and putting it in the Box

They did a great job on my car, both inside and out. When I got back in my car there was three dollars sitting on my console. They found it on the floor.

Before you drop a few bucks in the tip box, make sure your cleaners didnt tip themselves by clearing out your parking meter stash, like they did with me.
