Your car will never be clean after this wash. Expensive, but theres no other choice for people who live in the area. Thanks to CA government which prohibits washing a car at your own house. If it was cheaper, I would use them more often or even buy membership. Free vacuum is the best thing ovehere. Sometimes this place is overcrowded. Sometimes it has a few customers only. The young staff doesnt seem to be polite. Maybe its a matter of the salary or just the attitude of todays young people. Its in average. Today a girl even offered me a receipt - the unheard thing at this location.

Grey unlimited wash deal with the monthly payment plan and free vacuums for members and customers! The only issue is not all of the vacuums work as great as the others and they should really put some more effort into maintaining the power of the vacuums. Plaster a bit discriminatory on what type of music can be played loud and what type of music cant be or it could have been discrimination against me cleaning in my cleaning clothes vs. someone pulling up and vacuuming her car with 6 inch heels and a mini skirt... who knows! ? Lol

I have been washing my car here for years and they do a really good job. They hand you a towel in the beginning so you can clean your car on the inside while the outside is being cleaned. They have the cool colorful strobe lights in the wash which makes the wash itself feel like an awesome ride. At the end you have your car hand dried and they clean your rims and spot your tires. They also have a vacuum station with cleaning product so you can take your time thoroughly cleaning the inside of your car. Great place.

I liked this car wash until recently. Last time I went I got the best car wash, with the 96 hr. Guarantee and tire shine. One tire got completely shined, 2 others were half done and the other didnt seemed to be touched at all. I went back a few days later for a rewash and told the attendant about the tires. He sent me through the wash again but, the tires didnt get touch at all. Still uneven. I think Ill try a different car wash in the area.

Great experience eveytime I go and for a very affordable price. Friendly and helpful staff. I feel my car stays clean and shiny for a much longer time than other car washes. Sometimes the machine doesnt spread the tire shine on well so i let the staff know and they fix it right there on the spot with no extra charge. Been washing my car here for a while and will continue to do so.

Dont waste your money. They wont honor previous owner (Turbo Shines) cards. The staff is extremely rude, they dont pre scrub/brush or towel dry your car. They watch you while you vacuum like your criminal and my car is still dirty. I liked Turbo Shine staff and their process. Ill drive to Natomas Express Car Wash off I-5 & Del Paso for a clean car and better service.

I frequent this establishment often. Not enough employees, I was on my lunch and it took 30 minutes to just get through the car wash. Only 2 employees present, the employee that helped me was new and made a mistake that added additional time to my car wash. I usually love this place and will continue to come but definitely had a horrible experience to say the least.

This location damaged my trucks door mirror. Manager dude is very well trained to deny all reported claims. In the hour I was there, three other vehicle owners were lining up to report damage their vehicles experienced. Never going back unless Turbo Shine returns to own an operate this location. No longer A-List quality.

DO NOT GO HERE. They damaged my car with their "brooms" they used to pre-wash my car with. The manager called me back to say they "didnt do it" without even seeing my car. He fumbled through every excuse he could think of hoping I would buy it. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, STAY AWAY FROM TURBO SHINE!!!

They did a pretty good job but one of the guys spent more time talking about how this wasnt a girls job and he sure didnt want a girl cahier bossing him around. Might want to watch out for him or fire him if you dont want problems with harassment if you ever hire a female.

Best place for miles! When you pull in the employees scrub your rims and grill and spray off any really dirty areas with a power washer and then the car wash brushes take care of the rest. When you exit they hand dry your car then you pull up to a spot at the vacuums.

Used to be a great car wash before quick quack bought it. Car never gets fully clean, and they took away the towel drying and spray bottles by the vacuums. Unfortunately, its the closest carwash to me, so occassionally I go. I just take towels, and my own cleaner.

Turbo Shine is a great car wash, I never had any problems going here, and would reccomend this carwash to everyone. At the end of the wash there is also and employee who will hand dry your car. Vacuums work great, and free with any wash. J

I like the last car wash. The only good thing is the unlimited vacuum cleaner. Dont like the staff they dont know how to do their job and main thing No one towel dries and wipes rims down. I miss the old car wash....

Flat tire!! The machine slashed the rear inside tire. About 4 inches in length. One helper put my wifes spare on, but wouldnt replace the tire. The tires were all above half tread still.

When this place was Turbo Shine they offered great customer service, hand towel drying and my cars came out great. Since it transitioned the experience has become bottom tier.

The average quick quack. customer service is definitely not the best but I didnt expect much anyway. I had to honk for an attendant to come out. Perhaps he was on his break?
