Had a good word in Church today, and lo and behold the devil tried to get me after I decided to take my car to Magic car wash. I purchased prepaid washes back in October of 2012, and was told that I only needed to pay $8.00 extra to get my vehicle Amor Alled. Well, today on Sunday, I paid $8.00 extra to get Amor All (this is supposed to be inside and out), but it was not done. I was only going to get the car washed, and the manager said "for $8.00 more you can get the car Amor All, so I said ok. When the attendants finished washing the car said they were finished with the car, it was still dirty, and it did not have amor all on it. Moreover, the car fragrance had not been added as well. Only the tires had been half Amor Alled. I inquired about it and was told that I needed to pay $4.00 more, and I stated that I had already paid eight dolloars more to get it done. Anyway to make a long story short, I paid an extran $4.00 dollars in addition to the $8.00, making it $12.00 more, and the manager stated that "they were not going to do the rest of the car." After, they took and additional $4.00. I requested a refund, and he stated there are no refunds. He lied and made up things along the way, as I tried to talk to him. He told so many lies that he didnt remember what he said. There were other consumers watching this episode. I never cursed at him, nor did I say anything derogatory, except that I would never bring my business back to this place again. He treated me as though I was not human, yelling and would hardly let me get a word in edge-wise. Do not do business with this car wash. I gave my pre-paid tickets to a lady that also witnessed this belligerant manager, saying and yelling all kinds of thing. The lady said "they should give you your money back," but again, when I requested a refund, He said again "No refunds". There is no where in the store, that there are no refunds, nor on the receipts. He started saying things about me and making assumptions about me, that were not even true. It was God in me, that kept me from cursing him out, and going up-side his head :-). When you come to this country, and do business, you should at least be cordial, but most of all - be honest, and truthful when dealing with consumers, if you want the return business of the customers. When I called to get the owners name, I was told that he only comes in on Friday. I will make sure that I contact the owner, in addition, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The service was not even fair, it was very POOR. The manager knew that he was wrong. When my play daughter tried to talk to him, he yelled at her, and would not let her talk. God dont like ugly. Good thing I had a good word in Church, otherwise the devil could have used me, but the good Lord did not let that happen

So I saw them Im busy and I came by on my lunch hour with my family vehicle I used to come on a regular with my suburban and my Jeep I want to say its been 5 months since Ive came because last time I came I brought my husbands pickup and they were horrible so today being that its my birthday and I wanted my car clean to go out later I pull up the young lady who greeted me for the service was polite also the cashier which I spoke to the cashier about last service I received I went inside the store to pay for my service today and again the cashier was very polite and nice I went out to my vehicle when it open the door the floor mats were horrible Im literally pulled the floor mat out and shake off large amount of dirt leaves and other garbage I told the lady outside a Hispanic lady which I do speak Spanish thank you and she told me thats not included in the service so youre going to tell me I paid $36 and you couldnt even vacuumed out my vehicle correctly couldnt wipe in between my seats where its all dirty very disappointed I was hoping to put a good review and maybe last time was a one 1 and 100 kind of thing but no horrible so my advice run dont even look at that car wash they are horrible you could have the best people to meet and greet and the cash out but if the service received is that bad no now I understand why you guys are so slow

Took my van in today to get cleaned out from a weekend trip to the beach. They did a great job cleaning out the sand, wiping things down on the inside and washing and drying the outside. What Im upset about it my booklet of Kids DVDs are now missing. Its the only place I went to today that had access to my vehicle. I specifically took the booklet off my daughters lap when I took her out of the van and put the booklet in her carseat. When I got home to clean out the van I realized the booklet was gone. I called them to ask if maybe someone took it out or moved it and they advised that its against their policy to remove anything from the vehicle. He took phone number down and said hed ask his guys but I have yet to hear back. Not honest and not good customer service. Ive never had a problem at other car wash places. Sadly this was my first and will be my only visit to this place.

Magic Car Wash is a hidden gem in Sacramento. Recent changes have modernized them and increased efficiency. They used to tale an hour or more to complete a car, but now are turning them in a little over thirty minutes. I have tried many car washes that provide similar service all over Sacramento, but keep returning here due to their excellent service. For the price, your car will be spotless inside and out. My car looks showroom new each time I use this place.

The cleaner ppl are Lazy. I HAVE GONE HERE 3 times to give them a chance hoping that the last time was juat a bad day. I cant anymore.I could have dod a better job at home. They left mud everywhere and it just needed a wet towel.I asked them for a wet towel ao i xan do it myself and they Could not produce 1 towel that was wet enough to clean a car. How do u clean witjou6t water. I did not come here for u to DUST my car.

Clean car but costs more than most others for the same service. Told me my headlight lenses were cloudy after already paying for their best wash. Would have been nice to know prior to selecting wash options. I would have selected a basic wash and spent money to have the headlights done had I know they performed this service. Rained that afternoon ! No mention of a rainy day return policy.

This place is older but they do a great job. They have free wifi in the lobby while you wait, and the staff is very friendly. They do a good job on the car and have a very close attention to detail. The wash is older and the establishment is older but so far everything seems great. Id definitely get my car washed here again.
