The workers are very uninspiring about the customers. Today at a car wash I received a sunstroke while I was vacuuming a car when I got into the car and was going to wash I felt that I was breathing heavily and my head and body began to shake violently. In the street it was 40 ° C. When I asked the employee for help she replied that they have water but there is no cup and that they do not have air conditioning in the office. I felt that I was losing consciousness - and tried to get back to the car. The employee saw all my body is shaking and just asked what happened to me. She had no idea what a heat stroke was. Although they themselves can have it, because they work in the heat. That is, an employee has no idea how to help a person and what are the symptoms of a heat stroke. Very little information. The worker told me after I wash the car, I can drive to a nearby cafe and ask for water from them, without thinking that I can lose consciousness while driving and cause danger to others. During the work there were two workers and one could help me, but they did not give me a minute. very sorry. But there was a homeless man who helped me. I love this car wash but todays service was disappointed and Heartlessly.

No complaints against the actual car wash, but where you vacuum your car, it was very dirty and the trash was over flowing everywhere and smelt bad. There were 2 different homeless people going through the garbage, one of them was even wait g for me to be done cleaning out my car because as soon as I threw my bag away he wanted my plastic bottles and then my bag, emptying its contents half into the trash can and half on the floor because it was already full and he did t reply care whether they were making a mess.

Horrible service. Rude employees. The stench is so bad just driving past it on the road will make you gag and/or vommit. Ive had to pull over multiple times due to the smell being so bad I was blurry eyed and gagging sometime full on throwing up. If it is not fixed better believe I will call BBB and take the other steps to getting it shut down. Its a shame when your company is causing driving hazards because it smells so bad.

I LOVE quick quack but I HATE having to go to this one. Its the only one closest to my work and school, so its more convenient. But the employees are never happy. Never ask how are you. And never great you with a hello. Plus, the vacuum area is always a filthy mess and the vacuums are so awkward and old. Would really appreciate if I see the appropriate changes in order to fix this locations reputation.

I love Quick Quack, but unfortunately this is the only one near me. My car comes out clean, the employees are nice, but the vacuums never work later in the day. Theyre older models that hardly work, when they do work. If all you need is a wash, then you wont have any problems. If youre looking for a wash and a complimentary vacuum, go to another location (there are plenty).

Great car wash for the the price. I have the monthly pass which lets me have my car clean all the time. Giving it 4 stars because there is usually a wait for the vacuums (which are free to use) because everyone and their mom uses them, even if they dont buy a wash. Wish they would monitor this more.

Fix the vacuums! For two years Ive dreaded coming to this quick quack but due to the location I give a shot and tell myself, "maybe this time the vacuums will work." Guaranteed every time I come I will have to move my car two to three times just to find a vacuum that actually has suction.

Very friendly service from the employees. My first time there I had no idea what to get, but they helped me get the best deal. I love that the vacuums are free too. I didnt expect much, but Quick Quack is now going to be the only place I go to get my car washed :)

Better than Northgate for sure ! Great service and funny, I like to go there once every week after I finish with my class at arc great deals! I wouldnt trust my Mercedes-Benz to every car wash but I do to this one and they do a good job so yeah

Few vacuum! BUT my antenna was broke off in the drive thru wash. I didnt know my antenna would break, as I was entering the drive thru the guy grabbed my antenna, but didnt yell at me, or say anything before either. I was pissed.

The employee was nice and ran my truck through twice because it wasnt cleaning well, but the machine beats the heck out of the vehicle. Mirrors are sure to be totally wacked. Wasnt too impressed with the quality of the basic wash

Usually busy bc they provide a good car wash & vacuum service, the staff are usually good, but Devon in particular is awesome, my voucher was expired yet he accommodated me, this is why I continue to buy their service, great CS.

Went thru 3 times and it still didnt wash off the plums that were stuck on the car. They half-heartedly sprayed the pre-spray on one side of the car before I went in and 3 runs thru barely made a difference. I was disappointed

The membership is nice because no matter what part of town you are one, there is one not too far away. I just wish the vacuums would work a little better, and that theyd provide a way to finish drying the vehicles.

I think its just a bad location. A few of the vacuums were broken, then when a found one that worked it had terrible suction and kept turning off about every 2 min. Going to try different location next time

Machines tend to break the antennas on your car. Recommende to double wash if your car is super dirty. Last 2 vacums dont work well and hardly suction any trash.

This was the best idea ever! You can set up monthly payments to have you vehicle washed anytime at a reasonable price , and free do it yourself vacuuming

Makes up for a mediocre wash with low price and numerous locations. Bring towels to wipe the soap that doesnt rinse and finish drying the car.
