I took my car in today to get it washed. When it was returned to me my key fob for my 2008 dodge charger no longer worked. Upon removing the battery door you can see water drops inside so they water damaged the circuit board rendering impossible to start the car. I had to then give a friend a call to give me a ride to my home and get my spare key. Placed the key in and car started up just fine. I informed the manager on duty and was told Id need to come back at 3:30 which was an hour later to speak to a different manager. In the mean time I went to my local dodge lot to get a new key fob and get it programmed which came up to $250. When I returned I brought the damaged key back, the new key and a receipt from dodge for the new parts. I 2as then told that it was pre existing damages and he seized my key from me. He then told me I needed to prove it was my car with my license, registration and pictures. I refused to give him this information because that has nothing to do with the issue. He then told me that I assume they broke it and I purposely gave then a faulty key. I asked him why I would go home and come back with a second key and he said it wasnt my problem. I asked for his name and information and he refused to provide that so the only description I have is an Asian male approximately late 40s to early 50s. He refused to give me my key back and took my picture as well as my cars picture and cursed me put until I threatened to call the police because he wouldnt give me my key back. This is the most rediculous business Ive ever been too.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! I am a bit confused as to why there is not an option for zero stars. Never step foot in this place. Unless, of course, you want to pay $29.99 + a generous tip to have your items stolen. Per usual car wash procedure, I removed my purse, wallet, and laptop from the car. Plugged into the dash board was an auxiliary cable and an iPhone 5 charger. There was also the power adapter for the phone charger was in the cup holder. Shortly after I noticed that both are missing. I called and as told that the manager was gone for the day, but the receptionist did take my name and number down. I called again the next day and was told that the manager wasnt there yet but that he would give me a call back when he arrived. I called shortly before they closed and I guess he wasnt there. Finally the next day I called again and did receive a call back. Basically he just told me that he asked all the employees and they all said no. As if someone would admit to stealing to their boss. I asked for my items to be replaced and he said he was not responsible for my belongings. I asked for a refund for my car wash and was told that they cant do that because I already received the service. The owner wasnt around but the manager said he would pass along my name and number. Still waiting on that. They did do a good job hand washing my car. And a decent job vacuuming the inside. But $75.00 worth of phone accessories are now gone. My car wash essentially went from $35.00 to $110.

THIS PLACE IS DEAD AFTER GIVING MY BUSINESS FOR OVER 5 YEARS. I was never happy with there services but continue with my car wash since my office is only few blocks up from this place. Make long story short, my newly purchased car was covered with water spots all around the windows after being washed. This car was washed by them for second times since purchased. After they removed the water spots, they overspread the chemical to both side of side mirrors and left massive scratches one of passenger side window. All I get from the owner is all these conditions were PRE EXISTED and not caused by them. The owner was very strongly depending and would not take any ownership of damages. Only reason he offered to remove water spots and overspread chemical because Im one of his regular customer. Only thing he emphasized is all these are PRE EXISTED conditions. He was getting so defensive I could not convince him to except the damages caused by his car wash. He advised me to contact my insurance to correct the situation. As Im trying to explain how new this car was and washed by them twice since the purchased. I told him that he will defiantly loose me as customer and more. As he was walking away, basically yelled out that he didnt care and not to come back.

Bad BAD BAD, THIS PLACE NEEDS A MECHANIC THAT KNOWS WHAT TO DO WHEN HE IS ADDING FLUIDS. First of all when you say you want a oil change they shouldnt take it upon them self to top of your fluids. My car is broke now because their Attendant added way to much transmission fluid. I have never had a problem with my car before and now I have to pay at least $250 dollars to try to fix their mistake. Whatever you do dont let them under your hood of your car. My car is not the only car they screwed up my husbands truck also; cant even put a oil filter on correctly. Wow When we called and told them the manager said he wasnt going to do anything about it because they didnt charge me for it. Bad Bad Bad, going for a simple oit change you could end up with a broken down car like me. Dont let them under the hood of your car.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! If you do, be prepared to report them to the Better Business Bureau. That will be your only recourse for corrective action. I read the horrible reviews but thought "oh, Ill give them a chance." MISTAKE! My brand new (2015) vehicle is scratched on the drivers side door and whole front passenger side fender and door. My fault for not listening to the reviews. LOOK AND LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I went back only to have the manager walk away from me saying it didnt happen there. When I talked to the owner he told me to get a lawyer, that he has my license plate number (what?!) and that he would sue me for fraud.

I was there Saturday and I knew when I left I should not have gone there. Been there in the past and service was bad, thought hey maybe it was a bad day and I was wrong, bad again. They do not pay attention to detail the inside was terrible I had to have a redo and I paid for the gold packagae. Seems dry clothe wipes dont work. When I mentioned to the staff thay look at you like your crazy. I wont go back and under new management means nothing as the same half wit work is being done there. For what the charge I will pay the few bucks extra and go Gold Rush Auto Spa on Sunrise.

They tried to charge me extra for having a dirty exterior. Went home and finished washing my car after visiting this place. Update : I went back because the ownership changed. Its worse! They charge me extra because I had a truck and didnt tell me about it. They would not refund the transaction. Save your money and go to Quick Quack down the street.
