I simply had a concern after a major exterior construction project on our house. Eaves were added to the house, along with porches and roof extensions. I was concerned that the roof work done by the construction folks was not done well enough. Dan Cupit came and inspected the work, reviewed my concerns and replied with a written document. The work was good and although there was an opportunity to improve what was done, it was not necessary. These are very ethical people running an honest company focused on doing what is best and what is right.

I was so please at the excellent customer service that we received from Professional Roofing. From the initial contact of the receptionist to request a quote, all the way through until we worked with the accounting department to get the claim with our insurance company settled, we had great treatment. Plus, our new roof and gutters make our house stand out in our neighborhood.

As a single female, I was very intimidated when it came time to find a roofer. I was hoping that I would find people who would deal with me fairly and honestly. This happened. And I got a great roof. Professional Roofing was not the lowest quote I received, but I feel like I got the best roof and the best warranty.

Tim was very professional. Customer service did a great job of following up with our insurance company. The roofing crew was a group of no nonesence hard workers who were very respectful. Our roof is a great quality roof and we have recommended other neighbors to use professional roofing.

Took 10 months to complete work, did not do work fully and wanted more money complete. Was told after the work was partially completed that there were no warranties. I paid to get everything done but had to contact the BBB three times to get work completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible Service!! Would NEVER use again, only cared about the money. The crew left trash everywhere, the management was extremely rude and I was lied to about the cost.
