The two bad reviews, along with bad spelling, make me wonder as to the legitimacy of the writers. Boulder Roofing, Inc. is simply excellent! Clay did my roof and his guys were so good, I gave each of them a tip. And when a number of us got together to get an extremely bad roof replaced for a lady whose life work is helping the poorest of the poor at the Mexican border, Clay went out of his way to help us help her. You need a new roof? Call Clay, and youll thank me for it.

I would not recommend these guys. They put in a new roof for us and it started leaking in less then two years. I called them and they scheduled service but never showed up. After three calls and rescheduling the appointments they pretty much blew me off and basically told me that new business was there priority and warranty was secondary. I guess theyre not all that different from most companies that dont want to do repairs or warranty work.

I called and requested an estimate, someone went to my house and reviewed the conditions but I never heard from them again. I called twice to follow up, was told that the person who was preparing the estimate wasnt in the office, and simply never received a response. I had worked with them once before many years ago without issue but cant even get a phone call this time.

Customer service gal sucks. Not helpful, even rude. Tried to get help on some questions from a roofer, couldnt get one just her advise and that just that she would charge for an estimate. Bad customer service. Not sure of their work, but customer service is the first representative of a company...
