Id worked with another roofing company to fix a leaky roof. They never did the work they promised...and the back and forth became annoying. So I went to look for another roofer and found Black Roofing. The technicians who came to my house were polite and friendly. They immediately got to work and then explained what theyd done. They even send you pictures of what they do! I think thats brilliant. Weve had lots of rain the last few days and no leak yet. Weve got our fingers crossed they they fixed it. So easy to work with them!!

Dropped the ball! I called up with an issue with my roof and they said we are booked up this week. "I can have some one out 8am on Monday" (at this stage 7 days away). So I waited all week, and then 8:20am no one showed up. I called up to see what we going on. "Gee Wiz I didnt write down an appointment for you, and we are all booked up this week". When I asked about my appointment, and the fact I had already been waiting a week, the comment back was "well if you are in that much of a hurry, may be you should try somewhere else".

Well, its been almost a year now. The whole transaction was trouble-free from start to finish. I complicated things a bit by adding some light tubes during the total roof replacement, which impacted the timing of the crew a little bit and still, they got the job done in a day and half. I could not have been more impressed. Larry is a straight shooter and delivered on everything he promised. In this case, they also came in with the best bid. Excellent value all around. Weve been working with Black Roofing for more than a decade and are continually impressed by their professionalism and consistency. Sam and his team were out to our new office in 2016 to fix two significant leaks, and we havent had an issues since. Its amazing the range of work Black Roofing does from the many iconic roofs at CU and in Denver, to the simple shingle roof on our one-story building in Erie.
