I was supposed to receive my delivery last Monday, took the day off work, and then they cancelled on me mid-day. They reschedule for Saturday. Then I get a call on Friday saying they were at my house to deliver my sofa. I was at work and told them that I had scheduled a Saturday delivery, not Friday. The driver said, "no problem. We can do Saturday, same time." I waited around half the day on Saturday, no one showed up. I called their number and no answer. Then I called the main office, was put on hold by three people for over 15 minutes each with no one ever coming back to the line. Called a fourth time and finally connected with someone. They told me they dont know why it was schedule for Saturday because the dont do deliveries on Saturdays in my region!! WTF?! Seriously? So, the guy promises to have my sofa to me by 5pm today (Monday) and he would call me first thing this morning. Guess what: no call. But, I get a call at noon asking me to reschedule my delivery because the sofa didnt make it on the truck today. This is seriously a company run by complete boobs. I have never dealt with a more incompetent bunch of people. This has been such a frustrating purchase. As if their time is more valuable than mine and when a pay a $115 for their service! I have now lost a day and a half of wages and half my Saturday because of five reschedules. I still dont have my couch and its been over 10 days at their warehouse. The absolute worst company. World Market should discontinue their contract with them immediately.

Worst Company Ever! I was stuck dealing with CEVA because I ordered a Kayak on Amazon. CEVA picked it up on Utah on May 2nd and could not get it to me by the Scheduled through them delivery date of May 9th. When I called them to inquire where my delivery was the Corporate Center had no clue what was happening with my package. They gave me the number for the local Denver office for me to call and the receptionist there told me my package was delayed due to a flat tire and it may take 2 or 3 more days before it arrived. I called Amazon to complain about the shipping company they were using and they were very apologetic. When Amazon called CEVA to find out why they were unable to follow through on their delivery contract the Amazon Representative was told the package was still on its way from California but would be delivered no more than one day late. When I told the Amazon Rep. that the package was picked up in Utah, and California is in the wrong direction from Colorado, where I am, he told me that this was standard practice for such companies and apologized. He told me that CEVA assured him I would receive my package today on the 10th before noon. They failed yet again to deliver before their own set deadline. The driver was nice enough to call and let me know he would be late at least. Clearly though, CEVA does not care at all about its customers nor its clients.

Avoid like the plague. Dining Room table was shipped from Overstock via CEVA. CEVA changed the tracking number mid-route without contacting us. Once we got the new tracking number by repeatedly calling CEVA, they regularly falsified information to act as if the item was moving. At one point they even indicated the item had been delivered, to an address that did not match the shipping address. After about 5 weeks, they finally admitted the package was missing. Then they magically find the package when Overstock calls them. Set up a delivery window on Sept. 6, package doesnt arrive. They are claiming it will be delivered tomorrow. I dont believe them for a second. Update - CEVA missed our second delivery window that they specifically requested, because they forgot to send the item out for delivery during the first window. I called in the middle of the window to make sure they did not forget again. I was told it was out for delivery. Item did not arrive. Expect to be hung up on multiple times if you call them. We are averaging about 5 attempts per contact before we can get in touch with them.

1 start is generous, but it is the lowest you can give. I had a package from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered a few days ago. The supposed CEVA tracking number on the Amazon website does not register as anything on the CEVA website. The 1-800 customer service number for CEVA has been disconnected, so I went out on a hunch and found the phone number for the nearest distribution center (Denver) in the yellow pages. They were at least able to find my package--it just so happened to be sitting on their loading dock when I called--and apparently had been sitting there for a while. After talking to the lady at the local distribution center, she assured me she would schedule it to go out later that day. I have not heard anything back, and when I called back again now they have no record of the package ever arriving at their location. Amazing. How does this place stay in business? Amazon (and all other online retailers) needs to stop using them!

Awful company!! We were supposed to get our delivery between Friday and Wednesday. No delivery by Wednesday so I finally called on the Friday. Apparently our merchandise had been sitting on their warehouse for a week and they forgot it was there. Then they claimed to have the wrong phone number for us but made no effort to contact us via email or through the vendor. When I called on Friday morning I was told it would be delivered on Monday morning. I was told we would be the second delivery of the day at about 9am. I called at 9:30 and was told we had a 9-12 window. I told them I was told 9am and was advised they never give a specific time. So essentially I was called a liar when I argued that I was told 9am. I would not recommend this company to anyone, EVER!!!!!!

If only zero stars were an option. As others have indicated, a terrible experience all around. For starters their local office number just rings and rings so I always have to call the main headquarters to talk to anyone. Its as if this company just makes stuff up. The schedule days, then show up on a different day. They tell me its out for delivery, then they tell me no its not out for delivery - you have to reschedule. Its a hot tub so its not like I can just carry it in my garage. Youd think theyd realize that a delivery of an item this large needs to be planned. CEVA, youre a bunch of ass hats. Find another business because you utterly fail at logistics and delivery.

Ive had to deal with this awful company twice now. First through World Market for furniture delivery. They were late. And then, because I live on a one way street, they dumped all the pieces (2 sofas, coffee table, dining table, two benches, two chairs) curbside and rushed me to sign as they were blocking street. One of the sofas was missing. Took forever to get rectified. And today they are scheduled from 10am-2pm and are late again. Tried calling to see how late they would be (I have to be at work). The phone rang and rang, no answer. I need this item as I have installers coming on Monday and will be charged if I need to cancel. These guys blow.
