To deliver someones package to the wrong house and then tell the customer that they can go and get it themselves is beyond poor customer service. If James, your evening supervisor is the best that UPS has to offer, that explains the constant errors. Apparently, rudeness interrupting people and flat out disrespect to customers rules at UPS in Pueblo. The only reason I gave this 1 star is because zero isnt an option. I will just warn people of this, if you have to deal with James, the first thing he will tell you is HE IS IN CONTROL. Just not of his workers. They get to do whatever they want, including delivering packages to the wrong houses!

Truck driver literally THREW my package, which contained a $300 airsoft gun, on the ground right in front of me, which resulted in the internal motor being broken straight out of the box, meaning I had to send it back to get replaced/repaired before I could even give my brand new gun a test shot. Horrible service. Idk how they would allow such a rude and unprofessional a**hole to handle other peoples valuables.

They have been horrible when delivering our packages. I prefer FedEx when I see that ups is delivering my things I am not a happy Customer!!!!

Not enough convenient places to drop off UPS packages in this town. Who the heck is only open 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.?

They are usually great with getting my packages shipped however they have bad drop off hours.
