We used Daydream Travel to book our trip to Ireland, Scotland and England this coming spring. What an easy process! We were looking for an experience that allowed us some freedom but still provided a few of the conveniences offered by organized tours. Greg was the answer! We were able to adjust parts of the trip as we learned about the areas through our own research and Gregs suggestions and then booked it for an INCREDIBLE price. He was prompt to answer any and all of our questions and concerns and even priced out different components so that we could compare options and find the most affordable way to see all the sights. We could never have put together such a fantastic itinerary using simply internet resources, and are thrilled to have a real person to go to if any issues arise while were travelling. What a great service! We will certainly use Daydream Travel for future vacation plans.

I used Daydream Travel for my family’s recent trip to Disney World and what a great experience! Not only did they get us a great deal but what really impressed me was their customer service. The folks at Daydream Travel went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our vacation. They are there for you before, during and after the sale. Greg told me at the beginning of our working together that he was not really interested in individual sales. He said that he builds his business based on his customer service, a lesson he learned from his Dad. He knows that providing great customer service is key because satisfied customers tell their friends, family, and associates. Daydream Travel is “my” travel agency and you can bet I will be telling everyone I know about them. Fantastic!!!

We booked a vacation through daydream last year to visit Cancun, MX and they truly went above and beyond in taking care of us. They were on the ball to follow-up and touch base and were always available for questions. During our trip they had to get in touch with me and deliver a message, they did this through the hotel and were very good at staying in touch with us when needed. The only travel agents I will ever need! Personable and trustworthy.

Greg went above and beyond in helping us find and enjoy a fantastic trip during the busy holiday season! He stayed in contact and worked to find answers to any questions we had.
