The staff (Denise) at Red Carpet World Travel was very rude. A vacation is something you look forward to and are very excited about booking. When I attempted to contacted Darlene I was treated very rude by her staff member Denise. Denise is extremely rude and I want to make you aware of this and want you to consider using another company. The way she treated me via phone was very uncalled for. If I could give zero stars I would. Small business with no professional etiquette whatsoever.

Kudos to Denise Stevens, Travel Agent Extraordinaire!!! Shes the best...Arranging a trip for us, in an emergency, last-minute situation, making it stress-free. She listened carefully to what we needed and immediately found us the perfect place on the beautiful beach in the Mayan Riviera at Paradisus Perla.
