I recently had the pleasure of working with Eco Paint on the exterior painting of my rental property in Denver. I live out of state and needed someone that would care for our rental house as if it were their own. They came through in every aspect with excellent service and quality work from start to finish. Every e-mail and phone conversation was knowledgeable and professional. The quote I received was detailed and affordable. The crew was always on time and courteous of our tenants. I even received a phone call from the site from one of the painters to make sure that a certain detail was being completed to my specifications. When the job was done, they walked the house with our property manager and also provided me photos so I could judge the quality of the finished project myself. Stellar service from a friendly staff of skilled craftsmen is hard to find. Well done!

17470 E Union Pl Aurora CO I went from finding Cal and Eco Paint online to getting an estimate for exterior painting, seeing the work quickly and thoroughly and even getting above-and-beyond assistance from Miguel on some additional minor touchup and a siding repair I hadnt been able to complete before he began. Prep work was very thorough (power washing, caulking and small repair) particularly considering the age of the house and neglect to the exterior. Couldnt be happier, looks great and their responsiveness to all my questions and concerns is very much appreciated.

I chose Eco Paint based on the process that they use coupled with their warranty. This turned out to be a mistake. Ive tried numerous times to get them to honor their written workmanship warranty and fix obvious issues that have been identified (i.e., painting over bird poop, paint on front of white vinyl window frames, areas that were never painted on the porch and downspouts, etc.), but Cal hasnt responded even after sending him photos of my concerns. Should Eco Paint honor their warranty and fix the issues Ive identified, Ill update this review.

I used eco paint to paint my house and the quality of the work was excellent. Cal from eco paint came out gave me an estimate and a written contact about cost what kind of work would be done approximately how long it would take and a list of reference. Then I called Cal and I was able to negotiate price that we thought was fair to both of us. Quality work at a fair price who does that anymore

Efficient service, on time, really good price. Cal is great to work with, he came over and gave us a no BS estimate with various options, no hard sell, and had great recommendations as far as color and finish. His guys worked quickly and did great work. My house looks a million times better. I would not even dream of using a different painter in the Denver area.
