I would not call them professionals. The painters rushed thru painting our house and the head painter told me that he wanted to "get to the next job as soon as possible to make more money." We had the painters back 2 times for touch-ups on their own. The production manager was on vacation while our house was being painted. When we finally got him to our house to show what touch-ups were still missed, he promised he would be back with the painters for a 3rd touch-up while I was at home. Instead, they showed up the next morning while we were at work and while they got some of the touch-ups, they did still missed some obvious spots that I had pointed out to him. I was promised several times that they would leave touch-up paint for me but they never did. I finally just bought some paint and did the last touch-ups myself. It was easier then dealing with them. They spilled paint in many spots on my roof, damaged my bushes, spilled paint on the rocks in my yard, on my deck and on my fence. I also had to pick up trash they left behind in my yard.

Ive used CertaPro of Boulder in the past to paint the exterior of my house. It was a straight forward job and they did it well. Recently, I ran into a problem. While my kitchen was being remodeled, the workmen ruined the floor in the entry hall to my house. It is painted cement and it didnt hold up to all of the contractors coming and going. No one seemed to know how to repair it. So I called CertaPro of Boulder. They sent out Stephen Strayer to assess whether they could fix it. He took on the project himself -- he had a rep from Benjamin Moore come out to recommend the best (most durable) paint. It took 3 colors and multiple layers to achieve the look we wanted. Stephen did a fabulous job. Honesty, I am so appreciative of him (strong work ethic and trustworthy) and his talented finished product. Thank you!

Bob Schneider and his team at CertaPro did an excellent job! I asked them to paint two bedrooms. The team was on time, extremely fast and paid attention to every detail, including cleanup! They conducted themselves in a professional manner and were willing to explain their job from beginning to end. Plus the whole processes was so easy. Bob Schneider’s CertaPro’s crew did an excellent job painting our house in the mountains west of Boulder. We’re no doubt a bit of a challenge too, as the house is on the side of a hill, so the front side is 2-1/2 stories high. They were great, right from the quote and choosing the color thru the whole job. We had no issues at all.
